The way that the Hotel share the guests with Allo Taxi! if you asked for a taxi from Allo Taxi who have their drivers ready by the property you will be charged almost the double or sometimes more! when I called the company they justified that they have a contract with the property! so I had to allocate a place near by (Olive Bay) as a pick up and drop off point to save my money, however sometimes I struggle with the call center since they have my phone number saved as a guest in Phoenicia hotel so they want to charge me on that basis but with some discussions it works out. respected property should provide the guest with the best service for less , not to share him with the others!

Roy was fabulous! I flew for a night to Beirut to attend a funeral. This is my first time back since my last visit for a conference two years ago. Roy and the team were absolutely wonderful. The service was excellent, everyone was so friendly, and above all, the professionalism was at its finest. I had already requested a connecting room, but since we arrived late, they were all taken. Because we were only staying for 24 hours, the team generously upgraded us to a suite; it was magical! Truly the best 24 hours. My favourite people, my favourite hotel; nothing beats it. Thank you, Roy and the entire team. Hope to see you all again very soon!

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel – everything was great! The staff were very friendly, especially the reception team and the manager. They upgraded my room to a higher category and allowed a late check-out, which was very much appreciated. They also regularly checked in to make sure everything was going well. The decor was beautiful, and the location is right in the heart of the nightlife scene. I liked everything – no downsides at all!

The amazing service and friendly staff , also the location is perfect. Rooms are clean and spacious, the cleaning service is excellent.

Security is not enough. Although they have a checking point before you enter the hotel, I found that anyone can enter any floor without notice. Also the staff may open any room for any customer without a proof that this room is for them . I spoke to the hotel management and I wish they work more on having a higher security system . other than that we enjoyed our stay and willing to go back again .

The hotel exceeded my expectations. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The staff was truly amazing, the room was exceptionally clean and spacious. I must mention Lucine from the reception staff who was attentive and accommodating, she truly made our stay memorable. We highly appreciate her genuine care for making our stay exceptional.

My self I need water more than usual to take my medicine, and I have to ask for that every day, I suggest the hotel ask the guest if he requires special attention.

The service in restaurant is not akin to what I expect of a five star hotel. Every day of our stay we had to look around for a waiter to serve us and they would very quickly forget what we asked of them almost every time, resulting us having to ask over and over again. 5 days the same story.... not professional at all, some them are don't understand english.

Loved the lobby. Great food. Good for people watching. And the fountain is simply stunning in the middle. The buffet breakfast was delicious.

Nothing not to like.

The location was perfect and most things could be reached by walking. If we had to drive there were always taxi services waiting at the front. The amenities inside the hotel are also amazing and you can get anything you need during your stay.

Very good breakfast. Very comprehensive with the food. The variety was great.And the service was very good . The people are friendly and know job.

A better curtain to prevent the light completely. Electrical plugs near the bed for the chargers. To maintain the hoses of the shower better To keep a small comb for the hair.
