All the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. We asked for an extra chair and pillows for the room and they provided them with a smile. The checkout is at noon, but they kindly stored our luggage for several more hours, which was a huge help since our flight wasn’t until 9 PM. Overall, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and I’d definitely recommend it to young travellers, whether you’re visiting with friends or as a couple. The environment is cosy, and the breakfast was also very good.

If I had to mention something, I’d say the beds had a bit too much fabric, it might’ve been more comfortable without the extra layers. The duvets weren’t too small in length, but they were quite narrow, which made them a bit uncomfortable to sleep with. But honestly, that’s the only small downside I noticed.

Excellent hotel, very clean and modern, great transport links to the rest of Barcelona (there was a bus stop just round the corner), in a lovely area with lots of cafes and restaurants and that felt very safe, friendly and helpful reception staff, a nice lounge downstairs and free coffee and tea, gorgeous rooftop terrace, amazing black out blinds and air conditioning (we came for a festival and it was perfect for sleeping late).

It’s a small distance from the centre so you do need to either get buses/taxis to the centre and the beach, the shower head fell off a few times in the bathroom.

We will definitely stay here again., though I don’t know if we’ll stay here over the summer as the room can get very warm and the a/c temperature are set and you can not make any changes in the room. The room is very spacious. We were 2 adults, a child, a baby in a cot, and we had plenty of space. Location is fantastic. you have coffee and tea downstairs for free. There are plenty of coffee shops and restaurants around. Bus stops, train and subway just around the corner.

We were melting in our room. outside temperatures where 18C and the a/c wasn’t working. We didn’t know and we turn it on to get fresh air in the room, just to find out that it was set by the hotel to pure heating no a/c at all. We had to have our windows open all the time to get some fresh air in. There was a sofa bed in our bedroom, and as a sofa it didn’t work at all we couldn’t sit on it. Every time we sat at one corner of the sofa, the other corner came up so it was very unstable. The only way to use it was if we sat in the middle anyway it was very uncomfortable and unstable. We never use it as a bed so I can’t comment on that

The location and friendly, helpful staff are the best parts of this hotel. The rooms (and bathroom) are quite spacious, and it's a nice touch that there is free coffee, tea, and water in the lobby 24/7. I would definitely stay here again.

The downsides: the walls are pretty thin, so we could hear our neighbors (why was someone singing until 11 pm?!), and the sewage/drainage could use some improvement (there was an occasional but regular sewage smell coming from the toilet/sink, and our sink was partially blocked so that water pooled). Though it's really great to have an actual bathtub instead of a shower. My only plea to management: please put a microwave in the lobby area!! This would make it very convenient and easy for people staying for more than a few days, and your hotel could compete with AirBnB's/Aparthotels that have a full kitchen!

The check in process was seamless, staff were really friendly and the room was clean. The hotel is located next to a train station and some bus stops so it was easy to see all of the sights from the hotel.

The room was very hot; the AC was automatically set so we couldn’t change it, and it stayed on 27 degrees celsius all day for the first day. When we asked about the temperature, they said they could only bring it down to 24 as this was standard in Spain (although this has not been the case everywhere else we have stayed in Spain). Temperature is my only complaint.

The pictures don't do it justice! This hotel is much nicer and the rooms bigger than I expected. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They offer water and coffee for free at reception (and some snacks at a price) and the rooftop is a nice place for you to bring your own drinks/food. Rooms also have a mini fridge, which is becoming rarer nowadays. Parts of our group stayed in a triple room and the spare bed is big and comfortable — it doesn't feel like a sofa bed at all! The hotel is not right by any of the main attractions but I found this to be a plus. There are two transit stations nearby and you can get to Paseig de Gracia/Las Ramblas pretty quickly without having to deal with overcrowded streets and restaurants when you're back. There are many dining options close to the hotel too!

Though beds and towels were comfortable, pillows were a little too soft and low. Rooms are clean and nice, but the one we stayed in had a lot of luggage tracks along the walls and closet doors, which makes the walls seem dirty. AC is a bit weak and it was HOT in Barcelona during our stay. Breakfast is 15 euros and very simple; we found it better to try some of the many cafés and bakeries nearby.

Excellent location - very close to a subway station, lots of good restaurants and cafe. The neighbourhood is also very pretty and a little less touristy, so you can see the vibe of the city. The hotel is nice and the rooms are reasonably well decorated. Apart from that, the cleanliness was great. The staff are very friendly and were able to fulfil a special request I made.

the pillows were considerably bad - very low and not very comfortable. the wifi wasn't very good and the wifi connection to the tv didn't work on the last night and the receptionist said she couldn't do anything about the problem as there were no technicians at the time - no big deal

It's a great location and a modern hotel. My friend and I stayed here for three nights, and we were able to walk to most places. I loved the selection of complimentary tea and coffee in the lobby. I feel like every hotel should have this - I love this concept.

The room was clean; however, it was a bit tired and in need of a lick of paint. The shower is over a bathroom is very old fashioned and not practical and doesn't quite fit the hotel's style. For some reason the bath was painted with matt paint, and it was a bit weird. Regardless I would probably stay here as everything else was perfect.

The room looked exactly like it was advertised. There was everything we needed, and it was clean and comfortable. There was a little working station with a large table and free coffee, which we really appreciated as we needed to do some work-related stuff during our stay. The wifi was good. However the highlight was the staff - they were quite helpful in general, but the restaurants they recommended to us were the best we had experienced in Barcelona. Thank you!! Metro stop was very close which is for sure a plus.

The room had only see-through curtains, so there was quite a lot of light in the morning. The sound isolation was not the best, and we were also on the first floor (very close to the hotel entrance), so we could hear everything happening at the reception, and sometimes it was quite loud. The breakfast was a bit overpriced.
