Gorgeous hotel, sumptuous room, excellent staff, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Shuttle service to and from airport. Facilities looked good, unfortunately we didn’t get to use the pool or other activities as we only used the hotel in order to rest before the flight. Very good breakfast. Nothing was too much for the staff, printing boarding pass, lending things needed for packing, very attentive and always courteous. We were allowed to check out late as we arrived late and not every hotel does that and we really appreciate the gesture considering we had a few hours before the flight. We stayed at this hotel twice during our Spain trip. Once when we arrived in Spain because we came in late and rented a car at the airport the next morning. We took the shuttle to and from the hotel without a snag. Later during our trip we took a quick visit to Malta. Again, stayed and caught the shuttle to the airport for a mid-morning flight. Front desk staff are very helpful and courtious. Great breakfast and comfy room. We mentioned on check out, on our first visit, that we liked our room - the lady who checked us out took the initiative to get us the same room on our return. Such service! We also had dinner in the restaurant on our second visit and were not disappointed at all.

There's not much to dislike.

This was our fourth time to stay here. We are repeat customers because the hotel has been just fantastic on our previous stays. It is clean, comfortable, has an airport shuttle and the staff are very accommodating. There is a restaurant on the ground floor or several other possibilities nearby.

Our room was very large, but the air conditioning vent only cooled the area directly in front of the door, where the couch was. The bed side of the room was very warm. We tried to turn up the fan, but it made a lot of noise with little positive effect. We then opened the window, but it was a very warm day, and the room did not cool off until the sun went down. This had not been our experience on previous stays at the hotel.

This was a hotel for a stop over following a long haul flight before another flight back to the UK the following day. There is a really frequent and easy to use hotel shuttle bus from the airport so makes it simple. Hotel seems like it has recently been renovated. The beds are massive and so comfortable. Nice bathroom, lots of facilities in the room (toiletries, lots of stock in bar if you want to use it) also in a nice neighbourhood with supermarkets, cafes and restaurants if you want to use them. Hotel breakfast was lovely. Overall a great place to stay.

clearly the renovation was cost-focused - curtains poor quality, do not blind out the light… They do not allow dogs anymore after allowing in the past - I will never understand such backward thinking…….. This hotel was great value for money in the past - but now, as most Madrid, its dramatically overpriced. The restaurant food is good, but veggies for fish were so sad - reheated i dont know how many times….. restaurant was quite dirty, and it was not even busy…… so overall management of this hotel really needs to improve (they face similar issues as most spanish chains…)

Easy and efficient transportation to/from the airport, very tidy and clean. Staff was super! As soon as we arrived, we were offered lemon water to freshen up. We got our room ahead of check-in official time. Room was very quite during the night although close to the elevator - due to the double door isolation. Showers are perfect, good water pressure and very clean. The subway to the city center is 10 minutes away (by foot). All in all this was a great experience and we will definitely come back.

Breakfast is the highlight. Unbelievably good and included in the hotel price. Lobby and the breakfast area are modern and beautiful. Very close to the airport and walking distance to several restaurants.

I asked when I checked in if there was an airport shuttle and anything I needed to know to use it? The staff person provided me with a schedule and told me to show up out front at one of the times on the schedule. We did that and got kicked off the shuttle for not having a reservation. Staff member never once mentioned a reservation to use it.

The staff and hotel were awesome!! We had one night stay waiting for our flights the next day, we arrived late and left in the afternoon the next day. Breakfast buffet is a must due, and was awesome.

The airport shuttle took awhile to pick us up at the airport (T4) and we had a few other pickup points to stop at. Us and some other guests got off at the wrong hotel and had to walk to the right one. The hotel to airport shuttle fills up quick we arrived to late at night to get our whole group on a shuttle at the same time. Uber was quick and easy. The shuttle is still good you just need to be aware of the situation.

Woke up in the morning to ants all over the floor next to bed a few that had got on to the bed that were dead. Walked in to the bathroom to find alot more of them crawling over and around my luggage. Seemed to be coming out a cracknin the skirting bed. I didn't have time to inform staff as I have to leave sharp for the shuttle to the airport. So yes I was disappointed about that.

We had a large room and much appreciated the full bed for our teenager daughter as it's often hard to find a family room that offers a proper bed rather than a foldaway. The hotel is large, clean and well appointed with the important advantage of being within 10 mins of the airport. We had an excellent meal in the restaurant, exceeding out expectations of a convention style hotel. The free airport shuttle in the morning made getting the our early morning flight easy.

Hard beds, but this seemed to be the case all over Spain!
