Large rooms with all necessary items and extremely clean ( rooms and bathrooms )The beds were very confortable . We got connecting nonsmoking rooms which was perfect. The Hotel is located across the street from a big Shopping Mall with lots of restaurants. There is parking on site. Breakfast had a wide variety of items to please any palate however, the best feature of this Hotel is its staff ( both reception staff and the breakfast room staff ) they were extremely kind and very professional.

There were no negative features. One needs to keep in mind that if you are in this area to visit Gibraltar you need to have a car. You can reach Gibraltar and find parking just outside the entrance to Gibraltar and then head to this Hotel that takes you away from the busy traffic.

The location of the hotel was exactly what we needed for a quick overnight stay—outside the busy areas of Gibraltar and city centers, situated in an industrial zone next to a shopping centre. Parking was convenient and easy to find. The staff at check-in were friendly, and both check-in and check-out were quick and efficient. The room itself was spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. Breakfast was tasty and satisfying.

The Wi-Fi connection was poor, which made it difficult to use devices efficiently. While the bathroom was clean, the floors in the room could have used a deep clean, as there were a few noticeable dirty spots. Additionally, although breakfast tasted good, the selection was limited and could be improved.

This accommodation had a fantastic location, perfect for a day trip to Gibraltar. The positioning was incredibly convenient and made our travel plans smooth and enjoyable. The price per night was very affordable, which was a great bonus, especially since it included continental breakfast.

While the à la carte dinner menu wasn’t particularly flavorful, it was understandable considering the very reasonable price, so it didn’t bother us much. Overall, it was an excellent stay for the value, and we appreciated the convenience and affordability.

The hotel is located at a good location. Our purpose of the stay was to visit Gibraltar, and it was only 20 minutes' drive away. So it was ideal. It is also licated very near to a retail park that had shops,restaurants, and games areas, so ideal for families. The hotel itself was lovely. Nice and clean with friendly staff. Roims weee spacious, and beds were super cosy. Slept really well. Breakfast had a good variety.

Great stop, we were in transit, shopping moll/center is nearby - didn't have time to visit. big parking, we got free breakfast although we didn't book it . Was great breakfast. comfy beds is a huge plus for us! 24h reception, no worry if you are late. We loved the place. We were there for trip to Gibraltar. about Gibraltar; really not worth :( disapointed. Only it has really great free botanical garden but you have to pay for parking. We were on Easter day so it was free but is soooo hard to find it. We asked for 1h free in hotel The Rock in front of the botanical garden.

Just off the highway, close to Gibraltar and Tarifa is this lovely hotel with a terrific breakfast. It was exactly what we needed - a comfortable bed and a clean space to reset for our 2-days of travel back to Canada. The eggs tasted like eggs! The tomatoes were delicious and the bathroom was perfect. Thank you 😊

The hallway smelled like cigarette smoke even though we were on a non-smoking floor

Good location out of Gibraltar but close to the main road network. Welcoming staff and a spotless and beautifully presented room with a little hand written note from the maid. Breakfast included which was good food and plenty of choice.

The car park had quite a bit of litter and cigarette ends but the staff were outside regularly trying to keep it tidy. Not the hotel’s fault, down to the customers. Shame on them.

Breakfast had ample choice, including some options for people with allergies, like soy milk and gluten-free cookies. The room was nice and clean, and the walls were well isolated, I never heard the neighbors.

A little pricey, but I booked it last minute in summertime.
