Overall, we were very satisfied. The service was excellent and the staff were attentive and courteous. We had a very early flight, and they kindly prepared breakfast for us before our departure.

The taxi driver that was called by the receptionist didn't know how to get to the airport, which almost made us miss our flight. Next time, the hotel staff could check whether the driver they call actually knows the way.

It was walking distance to the Dordoï bazaar. The hotel was clean and room spacious and comfortable. We did not take the breakfast option as we thought it was too expensive for its value.

Good location, 30minutes from the Manas Airport. The place was clean and the staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place!

Very good location, near the airport. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Met expectations for a quick stay of a day. Easy check in.

Outdated in certain aspects of interior and bathroom. Staff was friendly but struggled to understand English, so a bit of a language barrier.

It was close to the airport and the rooms were spacious and they were friendly enough to booked a cab for us to the airport

The counter did not accept Card or USD or anything besides SOM. There wasn’t an exchange place close by, so we had to go far in the city to exchange. My friend’s room had a lot of bugs on the carpet. Toiletries were not provided in my room, I asked for it the day we checked in, didn’t get. Asked for it next day morning on the phone, didn’t get. Finally went to the reception and got it

Breakfast terrible. I book first floor room but I get Second floor rooms very old soviet style
