The location of the hotel was very good. The room I stayed in was spacious enough. Daily housekeeping was carried out. Mr. Jarko and Ms. Nikolina, at the reception, were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast included an omelette, two kinds of cheese, olives, tomatoes and cucumber slices, bread, and coffee. It was really delicious. The staff who prepared and served breakfast were very friendly.

Location and room was just amazing

The door looking to living room balcony was broke and extreme cold weather sneezed inside 😞 Breakfast was till 10:30 written at kitchen door and we arrived at 10 but door was locked. When we asked the guy at recepetion he was rude and lied by insisting latest time was 10 and didnt care when i Said on the door time says 10:30. There was a kid with us and breakfast was extremely important for her health otherwise i wouldnt mind. We had to Rush out and find a breakfast place for 8 year old 2 hours. That was a really bad treat of hotel employee

The hotel is located in the city center, within walking distance to the square and all other areas. All the staff were helpful and friendly, truly wonderful people. The rooms were at a reasonable level..

The bathroom was leaking, and breakfast could have been better, but I believe it will improve after the renovation. I would like to try staying in one of the rooms that overlook the side with the views. Perhaps the young room attendant could have been more thorough with the cleaning. And please change your bed sheets it does not fit the bed.

Reception room is small, but rooms are big, comfortable and clean. Staff is very kind.

We paid a room with a breakfast (10e for breakfast) but hotel breakfast room was under reconstruction, which we did not know when we made reservation. Hotel send us to nearest caffe- restaurant (30sec of walk) where you may eat (only) scrambled eggs. Breakfast not worth 10e.

Excellent location in the city center, next to all major touristic attractions and many restaurants and coffee places. The hotel is located on a street with cherry trees that were in full bloom during my stay, a true delight. The room had all main facilitates for a comfortable stay in Skopje, was clean and rather spacious. Bathroom - clean. For breakfast they offered several pre-set options, although not very diverse, it was consistent and tasty. The reception is open from 8 am - 22.00 in the evening, but access into the hotel is not an issue outside that hours. People working in the hotel were polite, friendly and helped me with the information I needed to get around the city.

Nice small hotel in a perfect location, meters from Macedonia Place, the main square. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The WiFi worked well, there was a nice desk, and the TV had a good size screen with lots of options. The lighting was yellowish and insufficient for me to read my book. The receptionists and cleaning ladies were great. This hotel represents fair value for money.

Cleanliness could be a bit better. The breakfast arrangement was a little strange, but the lady preparing it was lovely. I prefer a buffet breakfast though. Hotel's phone number mentioned on Booking.com didn't work (no one answered), and the receptionists were not able to confirm if the number was correct or not.

Sounds silly but room needs more toilet roll In the room when asking the maid she said no, also the pillow case was dirty and wasn’t changed when I asked for it to be changed. Curtains let too much light in the room.

The hotel is situated in very good position where you can reach almost everything on foot. The staff was wonderful and ready to support or fill any request with regard to room or check out. Breakfast was simple but very good and they offered everything what a normal breakfast can include. Maybe i can advise to put espresso with capsules;) but the filter coffee was still good
