Good service, good value for money

-don't have lift -don't have icebox -slow shower water

I stayed during Hari Raya Aidilfitri because my house (kampung) is packed with all my relatives. This hotel is just nearby. Less than 10 minutes drive to my house. Room is spacious and I love the wide windows. Near family mart & Zus Coffee. I love that they provide prayer mat in the room. Very convenient for us. Lady at the reception was friendly and helpful. Thank you.

One night there was a cockroach inside the room but we managed to get rid of it.

We love the location. It was only 5 mins from city centre. There are several stores nearby - family mart, secret recipe, zus coffee, manjaku baby store, eco shop, laundry. Very convenient for us. Family room is at G floor. Plus point, you dont need to travel using stairs upstairs

Room not soundproof. You can hear people chitchatting if they are in front of your room. But it is acceptable.

The location was very strategic, near to all main attraction in Ipoh like Ipoh Night Market, Concubine Lane, Qin Xin Ling Recreational Park, Tasik Cermin 1 & 2 (distance travel by car all under 20 minutes ± and better travel by grab because hard to find park during weekend). The check-in process was smooth compare when I booked with other platform. The facilities in the hotel was nice and clean comparable with other luxurious hotel. The hotel also bear with Family Mart, 7Eleven, and bank to ease the tourist needs. So far, will book again this hotel when I travel to Ipoh in the future.

strategic, close to shops and restaurants. The Malay staff (he’s a maintenance guy but covered as a receptionist as well, short-staffed hotel, maybe)who assisted us on checkout was very friendly and very helpful. Hope to see him again when we return to this hotel.

a bit noisy but acceptable due to its proximity to the main street. The indian front office reception officer was not friendly and when we asked him for an extra pillow there was no positive answer from him and no pillow was brought to us until the end of our stay there. He was not very friendly and not professional.

Short driving distance to Ipoh town. Requests for clean water and toiletries are fulfilled. High speed WiFi. High water pressure for hot shower. Ample public parking spaces. Comfortable air condition. Clean mattress. Clear TV channels. Room is quiet because no window for external noise. Kettle is available to boil hot water. Banks and convenience stores are within short walking distance.

Bathroom cleanliness should be improved. Shower is dirty and moldy. Shower should be cleaned. Hope the management can improve on bathroom cleanliness, by checking the bathroom. Cleanliness is an effort to welcome guests, especially guests that have travelled long distance.

Staff were friendly and approachable, room was big and clean! WiFi was fast in 90% of the time but drops in rare occasions.

Location is a little far from city center and if we were to really nitpick, we’d prefer to have windows in the room.

Overall great the place is near to family mart, secret recipe and zus coffee, the parking infront of the hotel is limited, you can park behind the hotel but not safe at night. The parking also not free you have to pay by app like flexi parking. The room got mosquito

I liked the fact that there is a water dispenser (coway/cuckoo) at the receptionist. Also, there are a lot of convenient stores around the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

We were not told about the bathroom door was a bit broken. Also, the wifi was not working due to some maintenance. It sucks because the line there was kinda bad.
