The location is the main consideration if you want to have a walking distant to Gaya street. The hotel is located in front of the Gaya street. However, if you are staying during weekends and room is at level 1 and 2, then you will hear some noise in the early morning (Saturday and Sunday only) when the vendors are setting up their tents and products. Room is clean as I learn it just renovated as this hotel is in operation since 1997.

If you are self-drive then you may have to look for street parking or public parking just opposite and behind the hotel. Remember to pay parking as the enforcement is doing their job very well. Payment is done using parking app (no cash). Hotel staff should make it a SOP to warn hotel guest about parking when check-in guests are self drive. Especailly the public space behind the hotel during saturday and sunday as this parking space is used solely for morning market. It will be very sorry if you park your car during Friday night and you need to move your car the next morning as by then your car will be surrounded by tents and products, not to mention the parking ticket.

The staff were awesome and very helpful. Good English is spoken at the desk. They changed our room on request after the incessant lift bell and the loud rubbish collection in the street prevented us from sleeping. The room we spent the last 2 nights in was great #9614. Housekeeping were cheerful and diligent. Everything was spotless and the pure cotton sheets were a real luxury. The hotel is 5 - 10 mins walk from the waterfront and there are innumerable cheap and cheerful local eateries within a few minutes, by foot. The route from the airport was direct.. A jug and a refrigerator in the room were very helpful.

Our initial room ( #9401) was on the fourth level and just down the corridor from the lift. Ask for a room on the 6th level, particularly on a Sunday night when the hour long rubbish collection begins at midnight. In order to avoid the disruption of the lift ding - dong, ask for a room around the corner from the lift and the stairwell. The aircon in our first room did not work . More direct light to enable reading would be good. The internet dropped out frequently.

The location is perfect. It's very convenient and there are many restaurants nearby. Night / morning market is in front of the hotel. We booked 2 rooms, a family and king size room, both rooms are quite comfortable especially the family room which is rather spacious.

The room is a bit dark, a few more lamps or lighting would be nice. While the location is good, the market will cause a bit of noise.

Next to Gaya Street ,easy to find food and buy things. Near to convinient store. ATM machine is either in the convenience store or next to it is a bank. Room is clean and comfortable.

TV was broken only can hear the sound of tv.

overall. but because i stayed during the weekend .. be prepared with all the loud noises below the hotel as they held the night market weekly. arrived after work at 10ish pm, the receptionist is an angel. bless her for upgrading my room. it was spacious !!!

Hot shower. Water pressure strong. Airconditioning was good. Tidy and clean

The lingering smell of cigarette smoke in the room. Must have been from the previous guest despite a "NO SMOKING" rule. Should have been enforced more strictly and forcefully

Booked by my husband for our travel from Seoul to KK. Was a nice surprise, beautiful wallpapers and clean rooms. When we reached from Airport at 4 am, the staffs were there and we checked in without any problems. Vincent, one of the staff, was very helpful. He arranged a one day trip plan for us to go around Kundasang. This hotel is also just next door to Gaya Market, and walking distance to many eateries. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and hope to repeat our trip next time 👍🏻

Very central location, very friendly receptionist and clean room, albeit quite dark. We were upgraded to a room with window so imagine a room without window to be too dark

The location was superb, just around the corner from Gaya street. Lots of restaurants nearby. Would stay here again. The staff was very helpful.

The lighting seems dim even when you have switched on all the lights within the room. Kind of old and probably needs some refurbish.
