The service apartment is large. Lots of room to stretch out. The kitchen is functional and big with everything you need. There is lots of storage in the apartment. The best and most useful is token operated laundry. The front desk staff were very friendly and efficient. Ascott is only a few minutes to Sentral and NU Sentral. It is very convenient for getting around Kuala Lumpur. It's only 30 minutes by the express train from the international airport. NU Sentral has lots of food options and a wide variety of shops.

This was my second stay salute you superb. Special thanks to Fathiyah who was extremely professional and courteous at the reception and always welcoming read with a friendly smile. I will definitely stay here again and wouldn't look anywhere else. I particularly liked breakfast nearby at a place called Lizzie's which is about five minutes walk from the hotel. I didn't find the breakfast particularly inspiring but I like to walk out for breakfast anyway so it didn't matter

The staff were very polite and the room felt very luxurious. The amenities and toiletries were very good too, some of them were better than other high end hotels I stayed at.

The breakfast buffet was lacking a bit, there weren’t many options to pick from on the day. However, they do change up the hot food options daily so if you stay for multiple days you’ll have a bit of variety. The food themselves were OK.

The location is very central and quite convenient when arriving to KL by train from the airport. The room was superb! As a matter of fact, it was not a room, but a small appartment with many facilities that could be very useful even for a longer stay, like a fully equipped and roomy kitchen. The bed, the furniture, the amenities were excellent. A VFM solution for any visitor to KL.

Not so close to the night life of KL and the choices around are limited to Indian - which I personally like, but not for every time I go out. Internet was barely decent. Better in some locations in the room, but I believe it should be better. Same goes for the breakfast. I realise that this is more of a serviced appartment facility, as opposed to a hotel. However, since you are serving breakfast and you claim to be a 4-star establishment, you should improve your breakfast. Lastly, offering a shuttle service from KL Sentral to the hotel and vice versa would be great. I know that you do, but from what I was told, this is only available twice or three times a day. It is not possible to use if you are not lucky enough to arrive or depart close to the scheduled time of the shuttle.

Well appointed hotel with clean and spacious rooms, friendly and helpful staff and great facilities. Bed was comfortable and the shower was great. Loved the coffee machine. Pool and gym were superb. Very pleased that we were able to check in really early after an overnight flight. Good location near to malls and restaurants,

Location, hospitality and flexibility in check in and check out time. Superb hosts. The room so spacious and beyond in our expectation. Complete kitchenette and the facilities in room so complete.

Breakfast time, I have to walk to different building and there is no sign, I have to asked someone near by. The food on breakfast time so regular food. Not too much choice and I think even better in 3 star hotel. The taste also so plain. Next time I will go here and if there is an option without breakfast, I will choose that.

Had a very nice stay. The hospitality is very friendly and helpful! Also the shuttle is quite helpful! Only the breakfast doesn't have a lot of variety, but the food is tasteful and with a mix of local (nasi lemak) and western foods (eggs and toast).

excelent residence to stay the reception was extremely very friendly , helpful, the cleaning personall was super and friendly, and not forgetting the luggage personal too. not far from the sentral station n shopping mall. overall i would give a 10++

The staffs were very nice and friendly Room was clean and comfortable I like most where they changed my towel daily. Accessible to many places via the KL Sentral train station. Will come back again

Here are the things that I like in this hotel: We got free breakfast. The location is just a stone throw away from KL Sentral. Staff gave us drinks and a famous Malaysian snack upon arrival. Room is big enough.

I am expecting a polished room flooring for this price point but it looks old and a bit dirty. Aside from the flooring, overall the room is clean.
