It's located above Gurney mall and the utm university,,it has loads of food outlets in the mall ranging from western food , burger king ,KFC subway to many local street food stalls . The buffet breakfast is huge and has everything you could ask for ,,,. Also the swimming pool is literally like an Olympic size pool with amazing views over the city .There are sun lounger and chairs also big changing rooms and showers. The location is about 25 min walk from twin towers buy can get grab taxi so cheap or walk to Damai station in ten minutes and 2 stops to kLcc. Highly recommend this hotel

Only one tiny thing is it says there's a gym and there isn't

The breakfast is good and there are a number of good options. The staff are nice and helpful. Daily room service is available. There are a lot of food shops, restaurants, cafes and convenient stores on the ground floor.

A bit far away to catch the nearest possible public transport.

This is my 3rd time stopping here,, i was in another block this time which was fine,, but quite far from the other blocks but still the room was clean and nice view. The fridge in the room only seemed to work if the card was in the electric point,,. The swimming pool is stunning with the best views of the city. The changing room however needs immediate attention. The ceiling has fallen in in the men's changing room and has just been left on the floor from what looks like months ago. What a shame. Also the previous 2 occasions I stayed the breakfast was amazing. This time is was terrible. Literally cold noodles,, cold tinned sausages, and a few cakes and fruit and toast. The coffee was cold and the milk was room temperature. Was a total shambles and really ruined my stay here and would probably put me off staying again unfortunately as I really enjoyed my previous stays.

The location was excellent , metro about 10 -15mins walk to metro (Damai station). Our room had a panoramic window looking straight towards the Petornas tower and surrounding buildings which was quite spectacular. The room was very comfortable with good air-conditioning. Under the hotel is a mall serving all sorts of food and drink all day and very convenient (the hotel did not do evening meals)

Breakfast - Tea and Coffee provided was always cold. When I pointed this out a burner was lit under the urn to minimal effect and this was cold everyday. Otherwise OK

Breakfast was very good, cleanliness was good, access to restaurants was very much favorable, excellent staff at front desk every time approached. Check in / out was very smooth. Swimming pool was good, clean and safe for toddler. Location wise is super strategic. Can easily order e-hailing cars to go to anywhere in KL at super low charges.

The mattress was too soft, given 1 very flat pillow. Not comfortable to sleep with head so levelled with body. The creamer provided in the room was hardened, I cannot say its expired, but not diluted in the coffee. Instant coffee tastes bad. 3 day 1 night, but no top up for coffee / tea / bottled water , no rubbish pick up and no room cleaning after the first day. From reception to tower 4 was quite far and front desk staff did not clearly mentioned the way to go to tower 4 lift.

Relatively close to nearest train station - about 1.5 k walk - but we used GRAB a couple of times to go to KLCC and KL Sentral which only cost about 13RM - pick up from outside KFC. Hotel has several towers - we stayed in 4 Tower - other towers booked - lots of students housing but that never bothered us at all . Food in Restaurant on Level 6 very nice and very reasonably priced too. Breakfast didn’t change the days we were there - the standard omelette- lots of Asian options - but plenty suffice for us to get us off to a good start for the day . Ground floor has many many options of foods - coffees etc Pool on Level 7 - nice location but advise you to wear swimming goggles as the chlorine removed layers off your eyeballs and even your enamel from your teeth 🥴

A very good accommodation. Calmly, appetite with various choices of dishes and easy to access by road. I'm satisfied and will book for further next staying if any business here. Thanks and recommended to all viewer. TQ

Worth every penny. Breakfast is very good. The room is so spacious, the bed so comfy. The pool is also good. Overall, i'm satisfied with this.. What an awesome stay..

For me, everything is good but if the management would like to take this as a recommendation, kindly change the carpet in the room, maybe u can use the black color instead of the soft grey is so deem to see when the stains can be removed out. Thanks UTM Hotel.
