The room is clean. However, if you’re staying longer and would like your room to be cleaned, you need to leave your key at the counter—otherwise, housekeeping will not clean the room. We weren’t aware of this on our first night, as the staff didn’t inform us. I only found out when I approached the receptionist and saw the notice. But they did the housekeeping very well.

There are many mosquitoes flying around. Each room been provided with the mosquitto coil, and the area becomes muddy when it rains heavily. The road to get to the hotel is quite far and dark, so it’s more convenient if you have a car.

I first want to commend manager Najmi and his staff for the exceptional care they provided me during my stay at the Chenang Inn. Totally impressed with the front desk starting with Esah, Dee and Fatin. They looked after me like I was a part of the family. I actually wanted to stay there indefinitely! What I liked most of all about this property was that it was about a mile away from all the tourist shops and the crowds. When I wanted to join the crowds, I would jump into a taxi and be there in less than 10 minutes. So on my next visits to this beautiful island that is Langkawi, Chenang Inn is where I will stay each time. Without question!

I can't think of anything I didn't like about this property and its location. If you like the laid back lifestyle of an islander, this is where you ought to be.

If you want some quiet n calm place at chenang area with walking distance to beach and another attractiona at cenang..this is the place 😄

Almost nothing just only the water pressure sometimes become low.

All is ok and comfortable for me and my family. I have a great holiday on the Chinese New Year 2025 at there, the location also near to the Pantai Chenang, so we can only walk to the beach.

The alley from the roadside to the hotel is a little bit dark, and have so many bush when walking there, hope you may to put some light for walking area to the Chennang Beach. It little bit dangerous. Actually we always walk at night to go to Dataran Chennang, but we need to use touch light when we walk at the road. Hope you may improve this, we will go the

The staff were all very nice and helpful. The room was clean, with air con, fan and fridge. Water dispenser is provided with options for hot, cold and ambient water. Location was good, on a lane off the main road, the hotel was quiet, just a few minutes walk to restaurants and the beach.

The room was a bit small and storage for clothes could have been a bit better, but we cannot complain as the cost of the room was good.

Beds and pillows were so very comfortable. AC very good and quiet. Short walk to the beach but far enough away to feel more secluded and quiet. Friendlt staff

Shower pressure a little poor

Quiet location away from a very busy holiday resort. . The beach lovely and lot of activities in the evening for families. Loads of restaurants nearby ,. Would thoroughly recommend Tapaz restaurant built into the ocean , food amazing and the view stunning especially sunset . Absolutely delightful place to spend a romantic evening .

Basic but clean and simple.

Affordable, clean, good enough to sleep in if you're having a busy day and night playing tourist in Langkawi. Suitable for couple without kids. Parking was ok (because i went during off season). Beautiful surroundings, buildings look modern yet dominated by nature landscapes. Got hot shower. Springy beds, pillows were terrific! Got ampaian for sidai baju basah after back from the beach or any water activities.

Parking can't sustain if peak season (?) as the Inn can only fit around 6-7 cars in the area. Far enough from the beach that you have to take a drive a bit. You still can walk though if you can but the passage to the Inn will bring you along some homestays and kampung houses, and it's a bit dark at night so drive. Standard room not suitable for couple with kids as there is no ample room to do things. As i said, good enough to sleep in but not good enough if you only procrastinate in your room the whole day.

Location is great, very close to the beach, you walk out to the main street in 2 mins. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, we all slept very well. The staff was very helpful with the taxi even though it was early in the morning. The whole place is really quiet all the time. They clean the room everyday though.

The room was a bit old and not clean when we first got it. They should pay a little more care to maintenance. The Inn is really beautiful and resort like.

The hostel is close to the beach (about 10 minutes to walk) and also close to many restaurants. The place is quiet and relaxing. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They offer tours around the island. We loved the mangrove tour. Thank you :)
