The place is recommended! No smokey smell or any uncomfortable smell at all! The staff is kind and professional. She is kind enough to show me how to use the shower when I thought it's not functional. This place is nearby to restaurants and stores and clinic and the market that sells fruits and veggies! The restaurant is opened as early as 6 am! The evening market is located 200m away and it's behind the DIY building! Oh, and it's opened around 4 pm to 7 pm.

I woke up one because someone was using the washing machine/ shared bathroom around 3 am. I woke up again around 5 am when the garbage truck was passing by downstairs. Then again around 6 am when they opened the stores and restaurants. Can't help it, I'm quite sensitive to noise🤣 Oh, and the iron board need to be replaced. It was unstable and not safe to use.

Everything is amazing about this place: the nice hospitality on arrival, the location (central, in front of a nice market, supermarket, restaurants and a short walk away from the bus station), the decor and more important everything is super clean :)... and ranau is a gorgeous little town nice to see... I hope I can come back one day

Dorm room was quite spacious. Lobby and outdoor terrace was nice Clean room, bathroom and toilet Towel is provided Tea/Coffee/water is FOC Location wise is very strategic just 2min walk to supermarket and market Receptionist is very friendly

Water pressure is very slow Plug was quite far from bed, you need to bring your own extension Didn't get wifi signal in the dorm room You need to be at the lobby to get high signal

Good location in the middle of town, lots of parking around We were unable to make it in time to checking, but we messaged ahead and the staff very kindly waited for us. And for the price, the room was good, Simple, but everything we needed was there.

The games for my kids..They look fun playing with them.Family room is fantastic.,comes with a bed queen and 2 bunker enough for me and my 4 kids.

The hotel should make more hook to hang clothes/towel in shower room.

The check in was easy. If possible prepare an exact amount to be paid. They have online transfer too. The bathroom was super clean and the bedroom was clean too. Perfect place for solo travelers and backpackers in Ranau. Strongly recommended.

Can't say didn't like but can improve on the privacy part in the bedroom. Great if can provide some kinda curtains or blinds for every bed for some extra privacy.

Location is conveniently located in the town centre. Spacious private room.

Nice little classic hostel. Lots of information on the walls about things to do around ranau. Small area if you see someone to hangout. Staff were helpful.

Not much really there's no staff after 5 so make sure you get everything you need before they leave. Shower head was broken but there are shared bathrooms so just used those.

The staff is very kind. You can have tea or coffee. It is in front of a big market.

Shampoo and soap bottles were empty. Wify is a bit hard to connect.
