Helpful lady telling me to ring on arrival, as online check in didn't work fully. Also breakfast left in advance as I was leaving for an early flight. And offered a coffee personally as I left! Nice personal touch. Also location is only 25 minute walk from airport. Bus stop from Valletta is nearer.

Online communication as ever. I could not receive promised QR code. Phone numbers are vital, but in both my Maltese bookings I had to ring owner from the door for access, my Spanish SIM means international call.

My sis and I booked as a Christmas present instead spending for something else,the location is close by anything but we choose to rent a car.Its has everything you need supermarket are within a mile or two,you have barber shop next to you,a fresh groceries on within next street and couple of pubs as well.The staff were super friendly,the lady with blonde hair was the star of the show and will give y a lot of information,advice and suggestions for near by stuff and what you can explore.She looked after us with eagerness and satisfaction,it did made us feel like VIP.Definitely will comeback and recommend to friends and families too.Breakfast was bits and bobs but they always offer fresh made eggs,they provide very homey feeling around the premises,there is parking around too,so you don’t have to pay for parking which is always a bonus.Well dun guys🫶🫶

We had liked everything,just a suggestion what could be improved is if there is slippers in the wardrobe and iron machine with iron board but again I think this could be a bonus

The place is not far from the airport and can be reached on foot (approximately 25 minutes walk). There is a check-in system, so no staff at night time. Information about entering the building and receiving the key is communicated efficiently and on time. Rooms are not large but comfortable and clean. Quite good breakfast.

Our group had a problem with check-in. I booked two rooms for our group but the system seemed not able to process this – I got only one key for one room. However, I had received a telephone number to call for support if needed – and it worked very well. It was 1 o'clock in the night, but someone answered my call immediately and effectively helped out. The problem was solved in no time.

I really enjoyed my stay here! The rooms were probably the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in. Everything you might need is provided, though I wish there were slippers available. The small kitchen hidden in the wardrobe is a clever touch, and the bed was very comfortable. The self-check-in process is convenient, though it was a bit tricky for me as it was my first time using it.

I had an early flight, so they brought breakfast to my room the night before, which was thoughtful. However, I had requested a vegetarian option, but the lady seemed to struggle with English and ended up bringing a sandwich with meat. Despite this small issue, the overall experience was great!

We did not take breakfast as we cought an early flight. The location to the airport was 10 minutes away. The rooms were newly furnished clean and sufficient. The Pizza place down the road has great Pizzas. The access system of self-checkin worked amazingly well.

There are no restaurants within walking distance barring 1x Pizzaria, but because the airport is so close to drive there is no problem. The parking in the entire village is scarse so you might have to park and walk, and when a parking goes available in the square then run and fetch you car. So do this after going out to eat.

The property was spacious, spotless and comfortable , the staff were so nice, especially Marie- Rose in the breakfast room, putting out fresh food on a pure white cloth, lovely. The room was so quiet and had good air conditioning. There is a fridge, microwave, sink, tea and coffee making facilities. Was in a great location for me as near family members, also the airport a few minutes drive, I was in room 3 which overlooks the back of buildings, I will stay again but in a room facing the front, although really it wasn’t an issue

The location was perfect, we had stayed in Birgu for the majority of our holiday but had an early flight home from the airport and so looked for somewhere a bit closer. This is a 5 minute bolt from the airport (no exaggeration) and is perfect for an early departure or late arrival. easy check in and lovely rooms.

We didn’t get to experience breakfast as even though they said if we informed them of an early hours departure they’d provide a cold breakfast to take away (which I did) we had no information in regard to this. Despite that, for us breakfast was really just a secondary thing. We only stayed one night but the breakfast facilities did look excellent for longer stays, don’t let this review put you off; just maybe push them for better communication if you are leaving early hours like us.

In my humble opinion, "The Suites" is a place of quality. Close enough to the airport by buses, of which there is quite enough, or by car/bolt/uber/taxi but far from hassles of city centers. We entered the premises with the code provided - as easy as that. But in a unlikely (though possible) situation when you get stuck in the hall like us (due to unexpected obstacles like app frezeing or not connecting or whatever else) - don't get frustrated, just make a call from the phone provided in the hall (which spares you international call from your phone) and friendly staff will let you into your room remotely in no time. 24/7. Our suite was spacious, perfectly clean (and cleaned daily with refill of fresh towels, water for tea/coffee and whatever else might be lacking), supplied with mini kitchen with all necessary accessories (even the microwave) and enormous bathroom. Tea, coffee, sugar and milk were also provided. Breakfast was really satisfying with quite a variety of products to choose from. Professional coffee machine with multiple programmes was a strong asset. The staff preparing breakfast (should you ask for their assistance or just do a small talk :-) ) was friendly and responsive. Contrary to few eternal complainers I've seen in the reviews, I consider this place (almost) flawless - all things considered. "Almost" meaning that there is always place for corrections and development - like perfecting the automatic check-in... :-) Complainers can go to Hilton (is there even one in Malta?) and wail there :-)

We chose this place because it said it is near the airport, as we had a very early flight ( 5.55am) the next day. It's only took less than 10 mins from the premises to the airport by Bolts and cost about £7. The Self-Service Check In was easy and we had no trouble. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfy. For one night stopover was perfect.

The area was very very quite, maybe it's because we got there Sunday evening. We couldn't see anyone around, and we are not sure if there is any restaurants/ any takeaways as on the way there by taxi we couldn't see anything.

Not far from airport, taxi took us there in 5 Minutes drive for 12€. Or is it a 20 minute walk through the tunnel under the runway. Good breakfast with best Malta bread (hobza) so you can start your Malta trip right away. AC was working (but set to 21 Degrees remotely), bathroom was really big as it was barrier-free room on the ground floor (Room number 1).

The automatic check-in process does not work, we needed to call the stuff, the number was in the booking information in the booking app, but not in the lobby itself - keep the phone number ready. But we came just before midnight, what could cause the problem. The stuff was helpful and was able to unlock the room remotely after a 1 minute call.
