Incredible stay! We stayed here for 6 days in a family apartment. +Great hospitality of the staff, extremely helpful. You can be sure all your needs will be taken care of. Manager is going around the hotel asking people about the feedback - this is my first time seeing this and I’ve been traveling a lot! Huge respect! +Rooms were spacious and cleaned everyday. Very well equipped with iron, washing machine, kitchen with necessary utensil. Great A/C and fans. Huge balcony. +Food - just amazing, big variety for the breakfast, everyday was different but very tasty. Dinners were always great, with different theme every day (sometimes even with the show!). Tasty beverages and drinks in reasonable prices & great food a’la carte. Welcoming free drinks and snacks with live music was 10/10! & thank you Ryan for taking care of us! Your service was great! +Inside pool is only for adults which is a plus for me! Great steam sauna. Outside pool is beautiful. +Location is good, there’s a shuttle bus that can take you to two main beaches or shopping malls/city center. Book it 2 days in advance as sometimes it’s already full! This hotel is 100% accessible for disabled people. Overall - it is really 4* hotel and only details differentiate it from 5*. I would love to come back here and enjoy Mauritius more!

-No complimentary small cosmetic, just ordinary soap under the shower and for hands. Squeaky doors. -Water for a dinner is not free! And you are not allowed to bring your own bottle to the restaurant area. -Sunbeds mattresses should be cleaned and some pillows replaces, one of the umbrella was broken. Dry sauna wasn’t working. Inside pool should be cleaned more often, there was chewing gum on the floor for 3 days. Sometimes outside pool bar was empty and we couldn’t return towels so we had to go to the reception desk.

The check-in experience was a bit slow and we were asked to pay an early check-in fee since we were checking in before 1400hrs. However, since most international flights arrive early in the morning, it is only obvious that almost everyone will reach the hotel before 1200hrs. So, this early check-in fee felt like an obvious way to make money. Also, provision of amenities like Shampoo and Conditioner in the bathroom would go a long way in improving the customer experience. Apart from these two things, everything was too good.

The apartment was well equipped for a week stay! I liked that there was a washing machine. The pool was lovely. Daily activities lead by Jean Pierre were a highlight as a solo traveler. He took us on a tour of Port Louis which I highly recommend. He was friendly, knowledgeable and great at his job. He also organized for me to take to bus to Cap Malheureux and Pereybey. The hotel has a shuttle that runs Monte Choisy and Grand Baie beaches as well as Super U. I choose to walk a lot which was also easy enough. There is a super market right across the road which is super handy. La Croisette Mall is about a t’en minute walk. Overall Good value for money

Breakfast was lacking. It was the same things every day. The food was not the greatest and it was always messy. I choose to eat out a few mornings due to lack of choose and poor coffee. Housekeeping- my room was only cleaned twice in the 7 nights I stayed there. Not a huge issue but fresh towels and emptying garage more often would have been nice. The gym. It was basically two treadmills, a few bikes and some ancient weights. However I joined the gym about a ten minute walk from The hotel (Ennoia, which was fab!). There were no toiletries in the room not every body wash. Even the hand soaps were empty. I think just small tweeks with housekeeping could make this an excellent stay.

We arrived in Mauritius with a group of 8 and shared 2 apartments between us. It was my mum's 60th birthday and the hotel made this a very special occasion, we were able to celebrate in style. We stayed a total of 5 nights and dont regret staying at this hotel as it exceeded our expectations. The beds were very comfortable, the staff were friendly and really helpful. The facilities were clean and neat. The highlight for us was the heated indoor pool, which we used every day. The hotel has a shuttle service to the beach and CBD, which made seeing Grand Baie easy and economical. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone interested in experiencing Mauritius in luxury at affordable rates.

I would like to thank the staff for their warm hospitality. I would like to thank Lovelesh at reception for an amazing service, he was always keen to assist and it was never a problem. I would also like to thank Yogesh, Ryan, Avinash for their welcoming service in the dinning area and being so accommodating. Shravana head of housekeeping was so professional and very helpful. We loved the wellness center, indoor pool, sauna and steam room. The gardens was so tranquil and it was lovely to have the lunch garden.

It would be nice if the breakfast buffet could change, it was the same breakfast every day and nothing different. On a long term stay it does become monotonous, nothing to look forward to except the pastries. The rooms was very clean on arrival however the housekeeping was problematic during our stay. There should be a supervisor inspecting the rooms to ensure the rooms are being cleaned especially during peak season when the hotel is full. Shravana was very accommodating to resolve any housekeeping issues.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in Mauritius with my two friends, and I must say that it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The hotel was incredibly clean and well-maintained, with sparkling finishes and comfortable amenities. The staff were friendly and attentive, and they went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed during our stay. One of the things that impressed me the most about this hotel was its value for money. Despite offering top-notch accommodations and excellent service, the rates were very reasonable and definitely worth the cost. We felt that we got a lot of bang for our buck, and we could enjoy all of the amenities and activities that the hotel had to offer without breaking the bank. In addition to the cleanliness and value, we were also impressed by the hotel's location. It was conveniently located near several popular attractions, including beautiful beaches and various restaurants and shops. We could easily explore the island and take in all it had to offer during our stay. Overall, we had an excellent stay at this hotel in Mauritius and would highly recommend it to others. The value for money, sparkling cleanliness and convenient location made it the perfect choice for our vacation. We can't wait to visit again in the future!

It was close to Grand Baie Beach which made it easier for us to catch our catamaran excursion and access the restaurants around the beach. We had a rental car so the drive was short. We had studio apartment which was spacious, comfortable and clean. We didn't spend too much time at the hotel and used it as a base to visit Grand Baie, the Bazzar and Port Louis. The pool looked small. They had a cute garden area that looked like it would be nice to sit and read other than that there isn't much else to do there. They do offer shuttle service but the timing was limited. The breakfast was good and there was a variety of options.

Don't expect much of a view. This is definitely more of a residential type place and located on the inner part of town. You are not going to get the beach vibe within walking distance. We didn't mind since we had a rental and drove out to the beaches. There is a big shopping center and hospital right next to the hotel.

Everything was just perfect. I have actually booked 3 x rooms for my Mauritian family x 10ppl to enjoy Easter together and take the hassle away for them to cook dinner or worry about anything else for the first time. Rooms were clean, beautiful, and very spacious. My family never experienced this. They felt very welcome, they said staff were very beautiful to deal with, they received welcome drinks, they get to enjoy free spa, pools and most importantly they were all gatherings and extremely happy to be together and to be treated same as everyone else in the hotel. My family said that dinner was so good,desert was so much it was such a wonderful buffets and breakfast was amazing and they could not stop eating. At last, they were also given late checkout as well. My family was very grateful to experience this stunning hotel. Thank you so much for making their stay so special.

Location, clean and friendly staff

Location was brilliant, away from the hustle and bustle of the main beach area, which is only a short walk away (but the hotel provides a free shuttle there and back). The accommodation was beautiful and well maintained and the beds were very comfortable. The rooms look exactly like that shown in the photos and the hotel has a lot of amenities. The best part of the hotel was the food at the restaurant, the chefs and staff all went above and beyond to accommodate us as we were a group of vegetarians. Our big thank you to Poornima for all the wonderful dishes she prepared especially for us . The person in charge of the entertainment at the hotel was so friendly and really went of of his way to involve all. The management staff at the hotel were all so attentive and looked after all their guests very well.
