This is facilities were nice and quaint and worth the money. However, there was just two of us and it was much bigger than what we needed. The owners were absolutely exceptional and their attention to meet our needs. The apartments are in an excellent location in grand Bay and we were able to rent a scooter and visit the entire island from there.

It’s not that we didn’t like it. It is we just didn’t need a two bedroom apartment much bigger than what we needed overall had we had someone to split the bill would’ve been absolutely perfect a few times the water stopped working and of course just like anywhere there’s always gonna be Some small bug issues. It’s very hot there and you have to open the windows. There were only air conditioners in the two bedrooms, which was fine in the evening. We were gone most of the day anyway.

Perfect location. Very nice beach bar and restaurant. Nicely refurbished. The best beach bar in the area. There was live music every night in the restaurant. Huge beautiful garden just in front of the terrace. Apartment was clean and very comfortable for two. Kitchenette small but enough to be able to prepare everything we needed. Stuff very helpful.

The location was very central to all the activities we wanted to partake in. The people are lovely, friendly and very welcoming. We were helped by anyone we asked to find our way around the island. The pool was so nice and relaxing and the beach was nice and clean.

Based on my experiencein South Africa, I had assumed the place would be stocked with tea and coffee. Other than that, it was a peaceful stay.

It´s a beachfront hotel, I also liked the swimming pool and hotel ammenities. The size of the room was great. The staff was really kind.

I won´t say I didn´t like it, but it´s important to know that it is a little far away from the central area. Every time we wanted to go to the bars/restaurants or even to withdraw cash, we had to walk 30 minutes or taking a taxi. Location is great though, calm place and walking distance to some nice beaches around the area.

Great apartment, cleaned every day, lovely green garden, fantastic restaurant on the beach. Easy to get the local bus into town or to the beaches. I really enjoyed my stay here.

It is a bit confusing on Booking.com - but basically there are a bunch of Villas in 1 hotel complex. Most are owned by the hotel, but some like this one are privately owned. So you will be communicating with the private owner rather than the hotel. He was great by the way, very friendly.

The apartment was clean and comfortable. The bed was extremely comfortable. The small private beach was so close and absolutely beautiful. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. The owner even paid a visit to check everything was ok

Toilet was a trouble to flush but this was rectified immediately

Wow, this beach bungalow was perfect for our 9 day holiday in Mauritius. The apartment is spacious clean and comfortable. Plus a bonus of a garden patio. The apartment is a private bungalow within the Ocean Villas hotel and as a resident you have access to the hotel facilities such as the private beach and swimming pool. Use of the restaurant and spa are on a pay as you use basis. The location in Grand Baie is convenient and quiet, just a short way away from the hustle and bustle of Grand Baie CBD. There is ample parking if you rent a car or scooter. The premises are safe and secure with a 24 hour security guard and access control. The apartment bathroom has a double sink and a shower with many options for pressure settings.The airconditioner and fan were a welcome relief from the heat and humidity outside. The kitchenette is equipped with cutlery, crockery, glasses, cups and mugs. There is also a kettle, microwave, fryer and a brand new fridge/freezer. The apartment was serviced daily which was included and we never interacted with the cleaner as we left early every day and by the time we returned at noon, the bungalow was as neat as a pin. The magnificent swimming pool was 15 steps from our door and the private beach just 25 steps futher along. Both the pool and the beach have loungers and options for shade. The beach kitchen restaurant where we had a lunch was great. The food was delicious and well presented, the staff friendly and the service excellent and reasonably priced. I want to add a special thank you to Cyran who was always available on Whatsapp for any queries. At first reading some negative reviews had me concerned about Ocean Villas Apart Hotel and after speaking with him and understanding the difference between the hotel and Cyran's property I knew we had made the correct choice. We will definitely stay there again and again and again.

There is not much that we didn't like, just that we had to buy some adapters to accommodate our cell phone chargers. We left the behind for future guests.

They were too friendly to us especially the woman who was cleaning the room was so nice everyday cleaned the room perfectly the owner siran and everyone was always inreterested in your all needs. Wifi is working nonstop garden is full of palm trees pools are clean everytime İt was our honeymoon if you especially going for honeymoon you should choose there and be sure that everything will be ok thanks for everyhing we stayed 3 different place in Mauritius but you were best 👍
