It was heaven on Earth! Great location, everything in the resort was so close yet didn’t feel crowded at all, amazing scenery, amazing facilities, great pools & beach access. The food, especially the daily buffet was really tasty and everyone, adult or child, can find something to eat.

There wasn’t any drinking water included in half board at all, not even bottle or two in the room, so you paid again for every single water bottle. Also, if you like completely quiet place to sleep, this might be tricky, as everyday there was music until 11pm and the bass sounds travelled the walls even in the farthest rooms from the music.

Good location by the sea and a nice beach (with rocks and stones though, but beautiful and ok for snorkelling. Good wifi throughout most of the hotel. Nice and cozy interior design and lightening at night throughout the resort. Most staff was friendly and accomodating. Especially our housekeeping friend Mr. Heeroo (see photo) was very helpful, extraordinarily service minded and always smiling. He even made a dog for us (see photo) :-) The overall quality was good for a 4 star resort - especially compared to the 4-stars hotels in Europe Close to the public beach where you can buy good cheap local food (food prices at the resort is like in Western Europe). Really beautiful sunset most evenings.

They had not put our restaurant reservations in their system despite we had received a written confirmation from Mrs Juliana Triton before arrival. Noisy kids in all pools Tables for lunch not always clean - experienced this several times. Rooms ok but a little worn out - renovation would be a good move Mixed attitudes at the boat house - some of the staff not that service minded. Many sport activities (water, tennis, golf, fitness etc.)

It's a Paradise ! I loved everything. Hospitality at its best. Beautiful beach with plenty of sun beds. We had a full board option, everything from Breakfast to Dinner was splendid. There were quite a few activities in the resort to keep you excited. I learned archery for the first time and thanks to Rajeev and Dimitry for teaching me. Shabeer in the entrance is always friendly, Amrita, Muhamad, Imtiaz, and many more at the restaurants were very friendly and always serving us with smile. We had the opportunity to celebrate Christmas and New Year at the resort. Hats off to the management for making these days special. We loved the fireworks on the New Years eve, it was a spectacle. All I can say is, Thank you very much for making or honey moon holidays very special, we will remember it forever. 😊

From the minute I walked into the resort it felt like you were in paradise. The location, setting, decor and facilities were just incredible

The a la cart would only allow male dinners on if they had trousers on. we hadn’t read this and therefore could only eat in the Buffett so went out of the hotel for a couple of nights. The manager I spoke to regarding this was rude and looked me up and down (I have to say, this is literally the only negative and wasn’t letting him spoil my opinion of a great hotel) I would say a tailored male chino short is far more stylish and elegant than a male in tracksuit pants/cargo pants etc which is what I saw when I was there I think you need to re look at this to be more inclusive. it was over 30 every day and therefore to warm for me trousers

The bed was great. A small balcony was nice. The dinner was the tastiest among the full board meals. Some free water entertainments are on site but need to order in advance. A tower as a historical site on the territory.

The staff didn’t know the details of their own offers. The breakfasts were restricted in choice and nothing special, in particular there were no smoked fish or desserts. The water is included only at breakfast. 1L of water costs 3€, including the ones in your fridge. It was possible to mark some mold in the shower. No toothbrushes and no bathrobes in the rooms (had to request). The lift is only till the 2nd floor (from 3). The nearest beach is nice and sandy but it doesn’t suit for swimming- almost everywhere it’s stony with a lot of shells - unpleasant to move. The nearest Moint Choisy part of the beach actually belongs to ClubMed, to the public beach you ought to go around 1,5km from the hotel…

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this all-inclusive hotel! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The food was fantastic—delicious, fresh, and with a wide variety that catered to all tastes. There was always something new to try, and we never got bored with the options. The staff truly made our experience special. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. A special thank you to Elody and Kimberly for organizing our wedding day—everything was perfectly planned and executed. You made our special day truly unforgettable. We also want to give a heartfelt thanks to the photographer who captured these beautiful memories we’ll cherish forever. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the entire premises were well-maintained and beautifully designed. We also loved the wide range of complimentary activities available—from mini-golf and snorkeling to table tennis—there was never a dull moment. Rachelle at the reception was incredibly helpful and accommodating, always ready with a smile and useful advice. And in the restaurant, Anna and Brinda made us feel so welcome with their warm and attentive service. This was more than just a vacation—it was a dream come true. We’re so grateful for the wonderful memories and can’t wait to return!

my only regret is, we did not stay longer

All the staff at the hotel from all the different outlets is very friendly and attentive, special mention to several waiters, hostess and restaurant manager as well as the kitchen chef from Frangipanier. We travelled with our baby girl and they always provide food alternatives accordingly to her preference! All the hotel facilities are very well kept and well maintained, nothing to point out! The room is spacious and very well cleaned, special thanks to the amazing Manav who was responsible for our room, he was always quite attentive, friendly and meticulous with the room cleaning! We also appreciate the little touch of offering a “Dodo” to our baby giving her the feeling of home! In general the Hotel is perfect either for families and or couples! A plus are all the included activities at the Nautical Club, if coming with all inclusive, specially the glass botoom boat!

Everything was perfect, noting to point out! The only thing that we can say is related with the beach itself from the hotel, as the sand has is not as white as we were expecting and for the most sensitive ones you must bring your water shoes! But it not a big deal as all the beach area that surrounds the hotel is quiet and beautiful as it is! Walking distance there is also Mont Choisy beach which is an amazing bay!!

Hotel- very nice hotel high quality, clean, well maintained, beautiful gardens and plants all over. You do have everything on-site : proper gym , mini golf, pool table, swimming pool, spa, water activities, sauna etc… Restaurant- 2 restaurants & 1 buffet. Not boring food everyday the menu is different and both the Italian and navigator are highly recommended. However, we were all inclusive which worked perfectly, we didn’t have to worry about the budget Service- excellent service all over the place and the stuff is so professional and extremely nice, nothing is too much for them and with a smile all the time. The service is quite impressive in sense, we got special price for the all inclusive and on our last day we had the day free of charge (food & drinks). Wonderful and unexpected surprise from one of the stall Reena, she organised my husband birthday and our wedding anniversary cake and music.

Beach - is shallow and rocky , however a beautiful fish, you feel like you are swimming in an aquarium . don’t forget your masks

The hotel provides a great variety of water sports and other leisure activities, it has several beautiful beaches and incredible sunsets. The food at the buffet is very very delicious - a great variety of fish, pizza, pasta, all kind of meat, the desserts were top! Same applies for the a la carte restaurants. Every night there is either a live band or other show program. The fasciitis at the rooms might be a bit improved but overall the hotel is very clean, with beautiful ocean view. The only disadvantage is that it is a bit far from the main attractions on the island (about an hour by car). Mind that the two a la carte restaurants are very busy and if you wish to take dinner at them you should make a reservation on your arrival.

Beautifully landscaped surroundings, plenty of space with sun loungers, choice of water activities mostly without waiting, spacious restaurants and bars, excellent food. There was a choice of over 10 hot dishes daily from all over the world, plus a variety of pasta and pizzas, a large selection of vegetable salads, dressings, desserts, and fresh fruit. The helpful bar staff offered great drinks on request, and a smiling Michael always made our evening cocktails more enjoyable. The hotel was clean, the room was meticulously cleaned by Tazeem who surprised us with towel animals.
