Beautiful view from first floor. Stunning restaurants walking distance from accommodation. Very friendly staff.

Having to walk down a back ally and past peoples entertainment area (very awkward) to get to the pool and beach. The airconditioning in the apartment we've booked did not work by they moved us to another unit.

Direct access to the beach. Secure parking. Excellent Wi-Fi. Very helpful and friendly staff

The pool was out of order. There was no hot water in the kitchen. Limited cutlery and crockery. Lacking maintenance around the property. Furnish very tired

We loved the location, it was so easy to enjoy a half an hour walk right into the center of town OR hop right on the bus. It was so convenient to have the bus stop right outside the villas. We also enjoyed having a market/store right outside as well, it was so easy to walk over and grab water bottles or snacks. We also loved the view of the ocean/beach/palm trees and it was the best view to wake up too. The wifi was also fantastic! Worked very fast.

We wished that there would have been breakfast. the oven in the kitchen wasn’t easy to use. The pool & beach could have lounge chairs to be a bit more inviting.

The location is perfect and the swimming pool. The unit itself is also nice with everything needed to have a nice stay. The staff was very helpful and always made sure we were comfortable.

Some maintenance and upgrades are needed. Examples Make sure all the glasses are the same 4 big ones and 4 small ones as an example Make sure there are enough kitchen utensils, forks, knifes spoons and tongs for the BBQ. Furniture is old and uncomfortable. The beds were very hard, Upgrading this will make a big difference. The electrical sockets in the main bedroom were not working, so we could not charge phones in the room.

Great Location- literally on the beach. Friendly helpful staff that cleaned every day and provided beach towels. Grocery shop across the road. Restaurant next door. Kitchen contained the necessary appliances i.e. gas stove, microwave, kettle, toaster. Had WiFi.

Bed mattresses should be replaced - could feel a hard board and coils. good bedding was provided - we slept on the duvets to not feel the hardness of the mattresses.

We stayed here for 12 nights. The property is beautiful both outside and inside. Great location in a serene environment, beachside view( property is on the beach), well maintained and clean apartments. They have housekeepers that clean the apartments everyday and change towels and beddings every other day. Sunita (housekeeper)was awesome, she sure does her job well. We also got an upgrade(cos our initial apartment was lacking a proper sea view)thanks to Irene. If you ever need to resolve any issue with management just ask for Irene, her customer service is top notch

My only issue was with Christine at the reception, she was mostly difficult to deal with. Poor customer service skills, needs to understand value of customers and importance of customer satisfaction.

beach is good, boats are not a problem. pool is really good. stuff is friendly.

Bed is not the best. its really hard.

Staff are excellent. Location brilliant. Some maintenance required.

Its was a huge villa and it was beautiful

Everything opens at 9:00 around the villa and it was difficult to find a place with a coffee

need more staff in reception.
