The property itself is beautiful and great service! We enjoyed time in the open terraza, which was very clean and comfortable.

We were directed to park our vehicle down the street at a different property, when we arrived we were told by men drinking beers that this location was a car wash and has nothing to do with any hotel parking. This location did not appear safe at all. We went back and verified info with hotel receptionist, sure enough this was the location. Instead of going back and forth we found public parking in which we paid insignificant amount of pesos for a safe space.

Great place. I think probably the best in Talpa. They include breakfast which has always been very good and staff are lovely. Our balcony had such a beautiful view. I can’t imagine a better place to stay. The stairs are difficult so if anyone in your party has mobility issues that could be a problem. I love this place. One block from the square with the wonderful cathedral. sitting in the cathedral brought tears to my eyes. be sure to stop at the mirador to look at the shrines of the perrigrinos. A block away is La Burrita for dinner. it is right across from the church. We had an amazing meal that was so inexpensive we thought they made a mistake on the bill, but,no, we are just used to higher prices on the coast.

I LOVED the comfortable mattress and the fabulous location near the church and plaza.

Some variety in the breakfast would have been very welcome since we stayed seven nights. However the fruit, muffin and eggs were just fine…. The price is a bit high compared to others in the town but clearly superior hotel.

What a great little hotel! The beds were *so* comfortable—like, I wish my own bed was as comfortable—and the design of the room was very attractive. For that matter, the whole place is attractive. Much of the building is new construction, but it's extremely well done and characterful—appropriate in a Pueblo Magico like Talpa. Check in was smooth and we appreciated that our bags could be placed out of sight until check-in time (we arrived a few hours early). Location is great for wandering beautiful Talpa, and within easy access to many restaurants and shops. Breakfast was very good and it was lovely to have it in such a pretty setting as the courtyard.

Personal preference, but I don't think music is necessary at breakfast—birdsong and church bells are nice on their own!

Beautiful hotel, centrally located, cool inviting courtyard with a delicious breakfast to start the day. The outdoor sitting area was welcoming after time in the crowded town square! A real treat

The location is exceptional in the center of town! The staff is super friendly and very attentive. We booked two rooms, both were clean and had great amenities.

I liked the breakfast, the banana bread was great and everything is basic but delicious and is what I usually had for breakfast so I don’t need more

Breakfast in the courtyard was really good but could have been a bit more varied day to day. the room was very comfortable. Definitely worthwhile in Talpa a pretty pueblo magico in the middle of the mountains.

Bad reception. on TV and they could offer Netflix. A hairdryer would be a nice addition

the room was very clean. beds were comfortable. breakfast is limited but it was good. staff was friendly.

our room was in the 3rd floor and there is no elevator so this was a challenge. the toilet seat was loose which it was uncomfortable to use toilet. Parking lot is about 3 blocks from hotel. No AC just a ceiling fan.

loved the location right next to the central square and right on the main road where we could observe band snd just street life!! beautiful inner courtyard snd best breakfast included we have had anywhere . over the comfy bed snd great shower!!
