It’s clean and safe. The staff was amazing, especially Desire. She made my stay more than pleasant with her top tier customer service.

There was poop in the water at the beach, it floats up on shore and it’s EVERYWHERE. We googled and think it’s manatee feces but who really knows. And lots of grass and algae on shore too. It was not swimmable or even enjoyable to sit in. My last trip to Cancun, 6 months prior, I stayed on the other side of the island and there wasn’t any poop over there, so it was definitely shocking to see on this trip.

The property was beautiful and I liked the option of staying at the pool or going down to the beach. It was also gated with good security. The staff was phenomenal and really took care of us!

beautiful hotel in a newly developed area. not a lot around but if you don’t like all inclusive it’s a good choice. People were friendly. Room was large and well decorated. amazing shower. great gym. the pool is stunning.

some of the staff at the beach bar had that attitude of “oh you’re a foreigner so doesn’t matter what things cost” definitely felt taken advantage of. for example, my friend asked for a small grilled fish. we were served a 1.3kg fish. apparently there were smaller sizes of another type but they didn’t tell us, clearly wanted to sell the bigger one. Also, the night before check out I requested a van to take us to tulum. they said it would cost similar to a taxi. approx 2800 pesos. when we checked out, it seemed they had forgotten to book so they then booked another. I didn’t confirm the price again and once we got into Tulum the driver charged us 4300 pesos for the trip. plus surcharge to use card, ended up paying 4900. absolute joke.

Hot Plate choices on the breakfast menu

Breakfast was great, except for the fact that the waiter did not fully explain that the buffet included a hot plate off the menu provided on the table. We thought we had to choose from menu if we did not want the Buffet. I suggest to any guest choose the buffet.

Beautiful property 10/10. Food excellent, service excellent. Everyone treated us very nice and made sure we had an excellent stay from the second we checked in. The view was beautiful, super clean hotel, luxurious. Staff just wonderful! Coming back asap!

The hotel is amazing , the room deluxe is perfect for 3 is confortable and big I love it . the food is delicious the burger and fried potatoes wow!!! the only thing is wine is expensive and evian ....

The property was beautiful and in an amazing location.

My shower head was broken, but hotel staff tended to our every need. They were very prompt when called to fixed or address any situation.

Great location, very quiet and safe. Hotel staff was very professional and accommodating. Will definitely recommend SLS for families looking for a nice, quiet getaway.
