The staff is incredible. Every single one makes their work exceptionally good. Breakfast is delicious. I don't like scramble but they do it just perfect (btw you can get eggs not scrambled, so I did it just out of curiosity). There is enough of common space: showers, tables, etc. Wi-fi works perfect for me (though I don't consume too much traffic). It's near the Walmart, a couple of other stores and some restaurants.

Location. Well, it's not quite near the airport and not quite near to anything. I walked from La Isla to this place and the last mile was not walkable: no pedestrian path on either side of the road (the other parts of Cancún don't have any issues with that). Also it is right near the road so it is very noisy outside. The capsule room where you sleep is inside the building so there is no noise there and you can sleep definitely well. Still if you need to work, it's quite hard to find a quiet place for that. Common spaces are always accommodated with the music that can't be turned off.

The capsule was quite cold and you couldn’t adjust the temperature. I had set on the highest (30degrees) but it was still cold. The bed also doesn’t have a top sheet or blanket, you have to ask for one from the front desk and when I asked for two blankets because I was cold they told me it was a limit of one blanket per capsule. I thought this very strange as I couldn’t make it any warmer. I eventually got two and slept great but this was a little uncomfortable.

A unique experience but comfortable and safe. I did not expect it to be part of a mall but appreciated access to restaurants. Not really close to the airport but easily accessed. Read a review that said the shuttle was $35 but it was only $20 which is pretty standard.

I could not figure out how to control the temperature and the time and temp readings on the elaborate control board were incorrect. I wish the bracelet that opened my locker would have opened the capsule. It was a little hard keeping track of both.

The space was cute, cosy and comfortable. The mattress was very soft and the whole experience was quite relaxing. Everyone in the area was respectful and it was very quiet. Staff were very helpful with taxis and the breakfast was simple, but fresh and good.

The temperature was set very low and there didn't seem to be a way of changing it (you could only turn the aircon up or down, not change the temperature).. Within an hour and a half inside I was freezing and had to put on track pants and a jacket. There was only a thin sheet. A bit annoyingly, your bag and belongings are in a locker in another room, so it's not super easy to grab things if you decide you want one. The pods aren't very soundproof, but people were quiet. It was still a great experience.

I'm an American, but I have visited Japan. Japanese people administer rules differently than Americans. The intent is to help, educate and provide safety and to help people from climbing over each other. Americans like to hurt and punish. Japanese rules can even be given with respect or humor. Do not be afraid of this place because they are Japanese rules, not American rules. Sometimes, Japanese people get it right! Also, this is more than just a place to stay. It is like a museum, so you get an experience, included. Like a 2 4 1 deal. Asian customer service doesn't discriminate based on social class, like American customer service. I think poor people are still Okyaku sama (honorable customer), just like rich people.

Breakfast size could include a small upcharge so we don't have to get used to Mexican portions.

The whole place was very clean and the staff extremely helpful. The pods were pretty neat to stay in and the pod room was very quiet with a peaceful vibe. Breakfast was simple and the same each day, but very good and satisfying. It is located in a safe area with restaurants and stores very close.

It was still pretty far from everything. Take the local van public transportation! Super cheap and easy.

You have everything you need, except toothpaste and toothbrush. Also, what a unique experience! Close to shops, gym, ATM, restaurants, 7 eleven, etc. They keep the facilities clean. Breakfast included.

Can be very cold in the capsule even when the vents are closed. Maybe add a thicker blanket instead of a thin bed sheet? I’m sure you can request for this at the front desk.

Amazing experience, very comfortable capsules, good infrastructure around, very quiet, clean facilities. Great location close to the airport. Best capsule hotel I have ever been. Be aware that the main tourist street of cancun is about a 20 25 minutes drive. It's not a party hostel or something like that.

the air conditioning in the capsules didn’t get cold enough. no ventilation in the showers so it’s like a sauna after a hot shower. I liked the soaps in the shower, but it would’ve been nice if they had labels. there were three bottles containing different products but no way to confidently identify the contents.

Great for short stay, close to airport. Capsule room is quite cold and capsules didn’t have blankets, but you can ask one from the reception. Wifi worked well. Bathrooms were clean and shower had a bench to lay your stuff without getting wet.
