We had a wonderful stay at NAJ Casa in Holbox! The included breakfast was a great way to start each day, with four different options to choose from—we tried them all and enjoyed each one. There was also a different flavored water each morning, which was a nice touch. The staff truly made our experience special, especially Karina, who was incredibly kind and welcoming. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The rooms were always clean, we felt safe throughout our stay, and the hotel is just a short walk from the beach. The team was always ready to help with anything we needed, which made a big difference as we were traveling with our two young children. Highly recommend NAJ Casa—we’d definitely come back!

One thing to keep in mind is that the Wi-Fi isn’t always reliable, which is pretty common on the island. It wasn’t a big issue for us, but it’s something to consider if you need a strong connection during your stay.

We really enjoyed the size of the bedroom for our family of four, very comfortable, also the location was ideal for walking but we did rent a golf cart for the day since we have a toddler, diaper bag and stroller. Breakfast was included and it really was delicious, we tried all the items on the menu and paid extra for the smoothies which were delicious. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was clean and local honey infused toiletries were kindly provided. Room provided a safe for valuable items and the Wi-Fi was fast, also we were very close to the pool and we loved the outdoor hammocks, chairs and even the pool lounging beds.

We stayed here for 5 nights and loved it. Fantastic hotel, great value for money, large comfy clean rooms and bathroom. Bedrooms had little kitchenette area with fridge which was a great touch and allowed us to save food and make sandwiches etc. Lovely pool and comfy deck chairs and beds to relax, and very nice to have lots of greenery around the pool. Staff were so helpful and friendly, including helping us print documents for upcoming border crossings. Able to do any of the Holbox tours direct from the hotel. Highly recommend staying here!

No - a perfect stay!

The hotel had an ideal location for us - walking distance from the ferry, but also from the restaurant area and beach, but far enough to have some peace and quiet during the night or while chilling at the pool. I was afraid that the pool area would be too small, but we always had plenty of room on one of the sunbeds to chill. Restaurant area on rooftop is nice for breakfast or just a coffee in the morning, pool bar also offers smoothies, beers and cocktails during the day which is quite nice!

The pool area didn't have a lot of sunshine - only few spots and not for the whole day, and could use some more cleaning/filter installation since you could see the sunscreen floating in some places... But ok for a nice little cooldown :)

Beautiful hotel and super friendly staff. Rooms are large and beautifully maintained with fridge and spacious bathroom. We had a balcony overlooking pool area which was perfect. Pool area is s lovely place to hang out and there is a little bar available for drinks. We made our own breakfast in the room as little kitchenette and coffee maker. Away from main areas but short walk to shops, beach and restaurants. Loved Holbox and it’s laidback feel. We had a great 3 night stay.

The first thing I would like to appreciate of the friendly staff, that always had a smile on their face. The hotel itself is very well done. Rooms are spacious and offer a view of the very green and beautiful inner courtyard. The location was convenient to be reached from the dock and also not too far from the beach.

We had issues with the hot water in the shower. It always turned cold within 2-3 minutes. So we had to always try tricks to keep getting hot water. But that’s a minor inconvenience and possibly a point to improve upon

Liked that it was in a quieter area of town, around a 10 min walk to the beach & restaurants etc. the breakfasts were really good, and we would really recommend making sure your stay includes breakfast. The pool area is beautiful but can get busy at certain times.

We had a lovely stay and would really recommend. There are a few things that could be better eg better WhatsApp communication and ensuring everyone has clean towels for the pool, but these are minor recommendations!

Naj exceeded all expectations and the staff went above and beyond to ensure it was an enjoyable stay! The hotel was really clean and the pool area was a great area to relax in. Rooms were big and beds were super comfortable. We both really enjoyed the breakfast and burritos! The location was also great as it was a short journey from the ferry and only a 10 minute walk to the beach and main area.

Hot water didnt last long but that isnt a problem as it was really hot out.

The rooms are very nice and spacious, with clean and well-maintained bathrooms. Beds are very nice. The service is excellent, including fresh water provided daily. The staff is friendly and professional, and they speak very good English. Overall, a great experience!

It wasn’t much of an issue for us since we spent little time at the pool, but the number of sunbeds (especially in the sunny spots) is insufficient for the number of guests. Additionally we could not buy extra water during the night.

Great breakfast, fab pool area that was never too busy and lovely staff who couldn’t do enough for you. Location was close to the main beach and bars/restaurants but also set back just far enough that it wasn’t too busy and was a short walk from the ferry on arrival. Would definitely stay here again!
