The location was wonderful, it was beautiful and off the beaten path from the North side. We rented a golf cart and were able to travel all over the island on it and ultimately coming back to a relaxing and quiet hotel (minus 2 nights). The staff was extremely accommodating and the hotel, pool area and beach were beautiful and well managed.

We stayed six nights, the first two nights were really loud. A wedding party was scheduled in the restaurant and pool area, it was loud and lasted a very long time. The following night, they had a huge group of teenagers that were brought in by boat, all wearing white, they marched through the halls -- chanting and singing loudly -- and made their way to the rooftop pool where they proceeded to play very loud music until about 12:30 am. After the first two nights, there were no other parties. Prior warning about these events would have been nice to know.

The staff was amazing and the all inclusive meals were great. Also quiet and secluded but the island is small enough for everything to be 10 min away in a taxi o golf cart rental.

There is no swimmable beach. The beachfront area s super small.

We loved the property. The rooftop pool area is beautiful. Used all the 6 hot tubs and 2 pools regularly. The architecture is organic with natural timbers and old world craftsmanship. Sipping espressos overlooking the ocean every morning was a highlight. The waitstaff was almost entirely exceptional. Walter, the bartender came up with a concoction that helped my heartburn from the nonstop frozen mojitos, possibly the best drinks I’ve ever tasted. I called this coconut milk vodka drink the Walter White Russian. Alberto, Hugo, Arnold and Enrique were all so kind to us and our kids throughout the week for sit down meals. It was simple to get a taxi to and from the property, as it is a little out of the way. But you can also grab one of their bikes or just take off walking towards the Mayan ruins. At the southern end of the island. This was our first all inclusive hotel experience. I’d recommend Hotel Belo to others visiting Isla Mujeres.

The lack of sound barriers between neighboring rooms. Our neighbors got home at 3:00 am every night and continued to party until 4:30. Just couldn’t sleep a full night. Obviously it was just dumb bad luck to end up next to 20something partiers. We still had a great time.

Very quiet, great service from the pool to the beach, room was comfortable and AC worked great. Food was excellent

The menu for lunch needs to be expanded.

I booked this hotel for my friend who was planning a surprise proposal to his girlfriend and they LOVED every moment of being there. The staff were fantastic at helping to organise spa treatments for them, and the wonderful sunset beach set-up for the big night meal was amazing. This hotel went above and beyong with so many special little details for my friends throughout their trip and on the proposal night, that it made it such a memorable life event for them both. Thank you to everyone of the staff that helped organised everything and for giving a professional and friendly service. THEY CAN´T WAIT TO GO BACK!!!!

The staff was amazing. Always welcoming and willing to go above and beyond. The food was excellent. The views from the room were tremendous, with beach view room having the sunset views. Would definitely recommend the Hotel Belo with all inclusive option. My wife and I are talking about returning again later in the year. If you want to relax without a lot of the normal resort craziness, this is your place.

There was nothing we did not like.

Every member of staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and willing to help with any requests. The room was spotlessly clean and had a huge comfortable bed. The hotel had ample outside space, you never had to worry about getting a sun lounger in a prime spot by the pool.

The room was missing a few basic things such as bedside lights, we were also in a connecting room which had poor soundproofing and were woken up a few times by the neighbour playing loud music at 1am. The hotel itself also seems to have quite loud music on all day from breakfast into the evening, a bit of peace and quiet by the pool area would have been nice in the mornings!

The room is really nice and big with very comfortable bed. The staff is super friendly.

The room had a connecting door with another room. We could hear everything that happened in this other room including the conversations. We were also disappointed about the quality of the food provided but as a all included hotel this is what you can expect.

Stunning location, fabulous food and the staff were kind, accomodating, couldn’t fault the service. Even a fully equipped gym! The bar staff know how to make an excellent marguerita!

Nothing to complain about. It was the perfect holiday experience

Everything we needed was at the hotel. We liked staying away from the busy Centro area. The food was delicious and all of the staff were very helpful and polite. I recommend booking a massage on the beach. It was the perfect way to relax with the sound of the water and the warm breeze.

The snack menu could use more fruit and veggie options.
