Great location and well maintained for the value. The staff were very nice and the beach club was the highlight. Great food, drinks and the best staff! It was very quiet at night.

Paid for a king sized bed and got a queen (it felt more like what someone from Canada/US would consider a double. The pool is small and if you’re a pool person I’d suggest staying elsewhere.

Room Service with limited hours. Some reviews complain about having to go through the sand to reach the hotel, but it is actually like 3 or 4 steps in the sand, so it's not ideal but it's also not a real issue at all.

The staff from the beach club was exceptionally nice, helpful, and went out of their way to accommodate any need our family had. The A.C. worked great the entire time.

The biggest issue was the terrible Internet. One day we didn't have Internet the entire day, and the TV which could only work with Internet was buffering the whole time my child was trying to watch it. I tried to use zoom for work one day and could not. The hotel is older, so the rooms are too. The pillows were extremely high and uncomfortable.No elevator, which was fine for my family, but important to know in advance. Even though the Luciana is partnered up with the folks who run the beach club, the beach club staff do not do room service. Upon arrival, You register at the lobby of a different hotel, and there are no phone in the room, so if you have any issues you have to walk out of the hotel, around the way to get to the lobby.

The location is excellent, very close to the main activities of 5ta Avenida, shops, restaurants, etc., and yet the rooms were very quite for resting. Rooms were clean and comfortable, good A/C. The staff is super helpful, especial note for Sam! Very grateful to her and other members of the staff. The beach conditions while we were there were not the best due to the sargazo, so the small but well kept pool was a lifesaver! The food at their beach restaurant is very good!

The entrance to the hotel is exclusively via the beach, you need to walk some 10 meters in the sand to get to the entrance, making it a little challenging with luggage. This detail did not stand out to me when I made the reservation and I think it should be made visible. We had no real problem because we do not have any physical limitations, but I can see how in these cases, it could be a problem.

Great staff, good breakfast, central location.

Room is a bit dated. The only door to the hotel is via the beach, so you have to carry your luggage over sand to get to your room. Not a huge deal, just something to note.

People were really kind and attentive. Location is great! I don't mind the entrance being directly on the beach because personnel helped me carry my bags and because being there also means the hotel gets some beach front. It is walking distance from the ADO bus station, which means you can easily move by bus to other places. Plus it is close the 5th av. and all its buzz. People who are not staying in the hotel can pay for a lounge chair, food and access to the pool and showers only for one day.

Hotel is small and near 8th street, which means there's a lot of movement in front the beach space the hotel gets since a lot of people enter the beach precisely by that street. So it's not much of a quiet paradise kind of place, in case people are looking for that.

Everything was very nice the staff were kind and always asking if we were ok or if we need something. breakfast was delicious, our room was perfect I love it. It was this little magic conner and you could see the ocean from it. Overall, my friend and I enjoy the staying at the hotel, we will recommended. Also, the location is awesome this hotel is in the middle of everything but you can not hear anything, so you will be going to bed like a baby :) GREAT!!! IT WAS SUCH NICE EXPERIENCE FOR ME AND MY FRIENDS

The only thing it might be, is that we got lost to find the main enter to the hotel is not as easy because is not on the main street. you kind of have to go around like if you are going to the beach. but besides that, we enjoy the staying.

At times there was a smell from weed on the beach which may just be seasonal But there was an huge ongoing process to remove the weed to prevent this Entry into the sea at the hotel was rocky and difficult however it was ok about 100 metres either side

The location is great, right on the beach. Our room was clean and comfortable and usually quiet at night. The staff was nice and helpful. We had a toilet issue that was resolved immediately. Breakfast was very good - good coffee and fresh fruit as well as eggs or pancakes. Very nice servers.

The bedside lamp wasn't working. We brought it to the attention of the staff but it wasn't fixed. This is NOT a reflection of the hotel but there was very loud music next door on Saturday night until 2am.
