Location was great

They did not respect the price from booking app... I paid 40 dollars more than the price I got.

Great location just a block from the main bars and clubs. Hotel is sleek and modern. The rooms are amazing, with a funky curvy design. It's a light breakfast with orange juice and coffee, i.e. not a buffet. Fine by me, just to set expectations. You can always eat out. The staff were great, positive, helpful friendly. The rooftop view of the sea is incredible, and they have an infinity pool.

The pool was fantastic but wasn't 100% infinity (i.e. the water wasn't overflowing the edges) when I visited in the low season (May/June).

The staff of this hotel was the best ever, special thanks to Mina and ladies at the reception, Abraham, Hugo and Diego. They made me feel like being with family. I was travelling solo and this was the best experience ever, especially thanks to those amazing people. If i come back to PDC I will definitely stay here again. Further the hotel's highlights are definitelly the rooftop pool and location. Beach is bit rocky just in front of the hotel but easy to find another spot few metres further away without any rocks. I will be back!

Great location and wonderful hotel overall! It’s right by the beach and very central to shops, restaurants and everything else. The view from the rooftop bar, Deck5 was absolutely beautiful (& drinks were delicious!).

Shower was big and great quality of toiletries Filtered water was available on our floor Roof top pool is amazing with a beautiful view from there and nice bar with music too-sitting area with tables and couch but no loungers though Nice restaurant right on the beach -really nice staff -a bit expensive though but you pay for the view!

It is quite noisy but once room's door is closed it's sound proof Hotel itself needs some upgrades as some parts are definitely worn out We came back and another time woke up with people on our balcony doing painting work with no previous notice from the reception and they left the patio with paint and dirt on the floor

The place was nice, and the best part the location!!.

The bathrooms by the lobby were NASTY all the time, nasty no toilet paper and dirty.

I stayed at many properties in Playa del Carmen and this has by far the best view! Staff is very friendly, and the location is fantastic. Highly recommended!

Exactly what we were looking for. Rooms were spacious, clean, and so convenient being right on the beach. Great views from the rooftop and bar area

The location is fabulous, it’s right in the heart of everything. The rooms are well equipped and the pool area on the roof is stunning. Great beach bar for a morning coffee. The staff were great especially the man who checked us in late on a Thursday night, and the pool bar manager.

I liked everything, although if you’re expecting a peaceful holiday this isn’t the place for you. However, the rooms are quiet with the balcony doors closed. Also, some of the sunbeds on the beach need replacing as they’re slightly damaged making them uncomfortable.

Spacious rooms, attentive staff, and an unbeatable location! The breakfast on the rooftop was a special touch. Can't wait to come back!
