Our waiters at the Steakhouse Restaurant Luis and Fidel were the best ever! Such excellent service, they were super attentive, and knew everything about the menu! One of the best dinners we've ever had...thank you Luis and Fidel!

There were some issues with the card readers to the front door of our hotel room. Reception and Maintenance stopped by several times, but they said they did not have the parts needed to replace it. Other than that, everything else was good.

I understand that federal law bans smoking but the management could create comfortable facilities for those who want to have a cigarette along with the morning coffee. Yet, there are not even shaded smoking places, nor other than one designated area throughout the entire facility. This hotels group just leaves smokers on their own.

The staff were fantastic and worked their hardest to fulfil any and all requests made which made my stay very special and unique

The resort is very secluded from any Mexican cities and towns so felt more like a beach getaway than travelling to another country's culture and livelihood

Excellent beach, nice variety of food and drinks, wild animals in the garden.

Rooms furniture is more like maximum 4 stars in European standards.

The food was barely elaborated and with no variety, without any good flavor at all. All the bars close early The pools are dirty and with broken parts,no maintenance

we needed to change 3 times the room in a 3 night stay and it always needed a lot of talking to the staff like no room left, have to ask supervisor, etc. one day we had for 3 hours no room and last room was I don't know a punishment or something. it was directly next to the huge heat changer from next hotel and the losing docks so one truck after another. rooms all had troubles, broken AC, broken flush from toilet, broken socket, noisy fridge, leaking toilet, broken shelf, mini bar was still with used bottels, they didn't restock cosmetics,and so one.
