The beach was exceptional. It’s a private beach with seating and palapa-style umbrellas for shade.

Windows facing the ocean didn’t open easily. They were stiff and didn’t slide as they should.

It has it’s own beach, very cosy and remote.

The are not enough trash bins.

The room was basically on the beach with a sea view which makes it amazing when you wake up. The private beach is nice. The location is also super with plenty of restaurants around to have lunch or dinner. Perfect for couples.

The room was small to be called ''King suite'', the shower has no pressure which makes it difficult to remove the sand. nice stay overall.

Loved the location on the beach and close to restaurants. Room was spacious and comfortable. Coffe machine, safe, and fridge in the room a plus. Close to Tulum park and its beaches

Beach is not private. Loud music next door all night, that's pretty common in the hotel zone. Not enough beach beds for guests. People off the street could walk right through the hotel to the beach.

Great price great stay. Listen, it’s not the ritz, but the place was clean, it had AC and it did the job. Tulum is INSANELY expensive but this place was not and it was everything you need nestled in the heart of Tulum beach. I would definitely stay again, lots of room and so cute being by in a little hut

Great for solo travelers, couples and families. La Conchita is perfectly appointed, comfortable and the grounds are well kept. I love the location for the proximity to the jaguar park and the party zone. It’s positioned in a quieter section of the zone, but still has lots of convenience to offer with tour options, bike/atv rentals, mini markets and cafes just steps away.

the view from my room is breathtaking. private beach area is just wonderful. Staffs are very sweet. bars and restaurants across the street and next door. 10 mins drive to the city. They do have AC now. Def coming back Attached pic is the view from my room

The first two days I was there, there was no electricity due to the rain and storm from previous days. It was pitch black and had to use flashlight to walk around. had to go the nearby restaurants to charge my phone. Wish they had generator like others.

The location was awesome. You could hear the ocean from your room. They have a small beautiful private beach. La Conchita shares their beach with Azulik. Basically, you are getting Azulik's view at a lower price. The Sfer IK museum is just next door. They also have some nice restaurants in that area. The person at the front desk was very friendly. The room was spacious. There was a second bed which was very useful. Contrary to what I read in some TripAdvisor reviews, they did have air conditioner in the room. Overall, a fantastic experience at an amazing location.

The light fixtures could be better, it was difficult to see in some places of the room. The toilet could also use a bit more space.

Great location…feels like your own private beach. You are steps from the beach.The rooms are cute Mexican cottages with all the amenities you need inside …air con…but you are surrounded by vegetation & palm trees. Rooms have a very cute rustic Mexican decor ….very clean. The receptionists were very helpful. I would stay again next time in Tulum
