Note this is usually a party place at times, we however were there in the quiet time and really enjoyed it then. Beautiful private huts with comfortable beds, mini fridge, couch, hammock and wonderful bathroom. Internet worked great, plenty to do with the private „cenote“, and Gino at the reception is incredibly friendly and helpful

Very, very close to the main road going through Tulum and you could hear the traffic (especially trucks) very loudly in the place. Free breakfast is very appreciated however a bit limited on the food side (little bowl of fruit and one slide of toast per person, fresh orange juice and coffee are delicious though)

Perfect place! So beautiful, quiet and neat! Seriously, stay here and you won't regret it. It's 10 min from downtown tulum, but if you've got a car it's nothing. Check for the electronic parties schedule if you like it. We're definitely comin back to a new year's party here! The room, the bedroom and bath AMAZING

The breakfast options could be improved (they did they don't a big kitchen and we understand, that just a comment) .

What a beautiful and quiet place! We loved our cabin and the place vibe. Breakfast to the bad every morning. We could not wish for more!

I liked the view to the cenote and the other cabanas. I also liked having the continental breakfast with that gorgeous view.

The place is amazing. Rooms are very cosy and clean, breakfast was perfect. Gino in the front desk was the best! He was so helpfull and kind! We will come again!

I spent my birthday here and let me tell you, this place did notttttt disappoint. The breakfast was good, the orange juice was phenomenal. They have kayaking and it was soooo fun to do. If you plan on going to Tulum, pleaseeeeee stay here. It is beautiful and well worth it. Cotty and the staff were sooooo amazing to us and made the stay well worth it.

An unbelievably beautiful setting in amongst nature! All of the staff were friendly & amazing, a special mention to Sofia for always being available and helping us with all of our needs, she was simply fantastic! The cabins were spacious and very well kept. The grounds are huge and we often strolled around them in awe!

- If asking the hotel directly it is difficult/expensive to get a taxi into town even though it is not far from town, however we did meet a lovely driver early in our trip who was reasonably priced and always on time - Pool and restaurant/bar closed which we didn't know before arriving
