I recently had the pleasure of staying at Mia hotel for a little over a month, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. The staff at Mia truly made my stay memorable. The 3 front desk gentlemen were incredibly welcoming, professional, and always ready to assist with any requests. The room was clean meticulously maintained throughout my stay, thanks to the wonderful cleaning ladies. A special shoutout to the security guards as well. For anyone seeking for a decent place, welcoming, and professionally managed hotel to stay in Fez, I wholeheartedly recommend Mia hotel.

The staff is so friendly and polite, especially Mustafa made us feel very welcome and supported us with every request. Breakfast is simple but nice, as are the rooms, simple but nice. Housekeeping always makes sure everything is clean and in order in the rooms. We stayed in Mia twice now and both times we were happy with the rooms and service. We'll book here again for sure.

Clean hotel, beautiful drawings on the doors and walls, large parking, appropriate and beautiful lighting, complete calm in the area, close to a shopping mall. Although the rooms are smaller than usual, they are beautiful and comfortable, cleaned daily, hot water shower, television with Moroccan channels, and a few limited and selected Arabic and foreign channels. The morning breakfast is very ordinary, and the best thing about it is the automatic coffee and milk machine.. Reception is good and the workers are kindly, available and listening...

What I had never seen in any hotel before: The receptionist, after taking the necessary information for registration, copied the identification card, copy in color, without asking my permission or even informing me about it. After seeing the copy, I avoided talking about to avoid blah blah and sparking discussion. I do not know whether the matter was his personal action, or under the direction of the administration, which must look into if it's légal or not. The second thing: At best, at breakfast it is sufficient to ask for the room number, but in Mia hotel you are required to sign the attendance list every morning ! What is the benefit ?! especially when it is paid in addition to the price of the room, and not for free

A nice modern and clean building. Very clean and comfortable with pleasant staff. Private parking outside the lobby is a big plus. Buffet Breakfast was really good.

Location is not ideal as it is a good 30 minutes walk from anywhere. But the parking makes up for this and it’s easy to drive to the edge of town and park up while you explore the medina and souls etc

I was very satisfied with my stay, especially thanks to Mrs. Fares at the reception , he was exceptionally friendly and welcoming The room was clean and thats what matter for me and the location was quiet , the breakfast was good, and overall I was very satisfied with my stay

Welcomed on arrival and shown to a secure place to keep our motorbikes for the night. Mustafa is superb on reception - very helpful. We arrived late and tired. The clean room, shower and homemade pizza all helped us relax. Great place to stay. Thank you

I visit Fes a lot and stay in many hotels there but this is the first time I see an hotel taking care of rooms and making renovation and as always all the employees there are great , thank you Mustafa and all the others.
