Riad Douja is well positioned to reach Jemaa el Fna. Even though it’s central it’s super quiet at night and also nice and cool. There was ample hot water, clean towels and room cleaning service if required. Breakfast was a traditional Moroccan one and was lovely! Our flight was cancelled so we actually arrived a day late. The Riad contacted us to see if we were okay and reassured us our room was waiting for us. The Riad was manned 24/7 and we felt super safe going from the Riad to the square. We’re hoping to go back.

Riad Douja is amazing, incredible location, just cost vs benefit, and the best is the amazing staff, especially Mr. Rachid and Abdul, the tour guide. I recommend this riad for solo, couple, family trip, or with friends. I've stayed in a room with a shared bathroom on the ground floor, a small but lovely room. However, the bathroom should be rehabilitated. There no need for the bathroom to look like that, with such a beautiful architecture.

I absolutely adored this place. 💞💓 I couldn't book for more nights because they were booked out. My room had a lovely window box I could squeeze into and read my book. The staff were completely lovely letting me sneak back and link into their WiFi even when I had officially checked out and was staying elsewhere. I have exchanged details with the manager to look at a long-term stay next year that's how much I adored this place. 😀 Very safe for solo travellers, booking.com logos visible with ratings present.

We really liked the location, because even though it was located in a tiny street, we could be close to every atractions without having to ear much noise. The breakfast was really good. The employees were really nice to us, they even helped us managing a safe taxi to take us to the next hotel. The room is small but enough for a couple.

We thought the cleaning was not so nice. We found many particles (maybe dust particles) on the top of the sofas and next to the bathroom window. Sheets and towels were very clean.

Great little riad very close to the main square in Marrakech, the Jemaa el-Fnaa (100m or so). I got a room in the ground floor that was small but very clean and comfortable and it had a sink. The staff are very nice and prepared me a packed breakfast because I had to leave very early in the morning.

Although the room was quite inexpensive, it cost me twice the amount I had paid three days before for a similar room in another riad.

Sharing 1 toilet and shower upstairs was a bit bothersome in the morning (trying to go to bathroom before leaving for long bus ride). Maybe there were more bathrooms I’m not sure. The staff don’t speak much English so it was hard to tell. But not a big deal as it was a great accommodation for the price.

Incredibly well located. I got food poisoning on my second day in Marrakech (totally not their fault) and were completely understanding when I threw up in the shower in my room (no toilet) and cleaned it without issue.

I was on the ground floor & I don't think the combined combined shower/bathroom meets the standard in this day & age.

It's a beautiful Riad in the centre of Marrakech. The room, though small was highly comfortable and very cozy. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful and provided us with information about the city. We very much enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it!

Our room did not come with a private bathroom (just a sink in the room) which meant we had to go up or down a flight of stairs to use the shower/toilet. But overall it is a great value for money.

The location is perfect within a couple of minutes' walk from the main square. Parking is available nearby. Internet worked fine. The staff was very attentive. Rooms have nice decor. Good size terrace to relax and wo derful breakfast. We were there during the earthquake and the staff was extremely professional.

The rooms and the room bathroom need a bit of a facelift.

Had such a lovely stay at this riad! The staff are incredibly friendly, they gave us great suggestions and always helped out when we needed anything. The riad is located just off the main square of Marrakech, making it super easy to get to any place you want to visit. The room was also quite nice and very spacious. We very much enjoyed the rooftop terrace, both at breakfast time as well as throughout the day - it was a lovely place to just sit and relax after a day of walking around the city. The breakfast served was delicious: a nice variety of pastries plus coffee, freshly squeezed orange juice and mint tea. It is definitely great value for money, cannot recommend this place enough!
