Awesome riad. Staff goes above and beyond to help with anything you need. Great english for us too. Even gave us their whatsapp so we could contact them with questions while we were out and about. Very steep stairs to upper levels, but they took all our bags up for us - not expecting tip. Rooms are very clean and well equipped. Bathroom very small, but fine for our stay. There were previous reviews about being pressured to pay in cash, but this was not our experience. Very happy for us to pay anyway we needed/wanted - although a standard bank fee of 5% applied for paying by card (May 2025). Breakfast was great on the rooftop. Even organised a takeaway breakfast for our very early morning getaway on our last morning as well as organising our taxi to airport €20. Mid 30s Australian couple.

Was a little hard to find as only has very small sign at the door. But the google map location is correct.

This was the best hotel experience in terms of value, location, staff and ambiance that my wife and I have experienced in over 40 years. I could not imagine a better place to stay in Marrakesh. The different complementary breakfasts served on the rooftop terrace were a wonderful way to start each day. The place is recently renovated to an exceedingly high standard, with attention to every detail. The AC was extremely efficient and silent, providing a welcome respite from the high 30s temperatures outside. The location, right on Jamaa el Fna Square was perfect to access all the local attractions. Pickup for excursions was just a couple hundred metres away.

Absolutely nothing!

The guys from the reception were friendly and they were 24h in the riad. The riad is very close from the Jemaa el Fna 3min walking. At the beginning it was quite difficult to find the riad but after it was very easy to find the riad in the small streets. At the check-in we pay with credit card and worked very well without any fees. The bed and pillows were very comfy. The bedroom had A/C. The breakfast it was very good and different every morning. The wi-fi it worked very well in all location of the riad, except in the bathroom. They let us print our boarding passes free of charge, and in the last day our bags have been storage in the riad for free either.

Can't begin to say enough amazing things about this place. The riad itself is beautiful and so well maintained, along with a whole new addition that is being finished soon. All the staff are so kind and helpful with anything we needed. The breakfast each morning on the roof was the perfect way to start each day and it was some of the best breakfast I've had in a long time. Location is also great, a newer entrance takes you right out to the square. Highly recommend!

The older entrance is a bit harder to get to through a few different allies, especially with bags. But they have a new entrance that we could use during the day that will be a part of the additional building once it is finished

Location was close to the Jemaa el’Fnaa and easy to find. But the thing we liked most was the staff. While the riad in general is wonderful, the staff alone is worth booking. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and so personable. The breakfast on the roof terrace was delicious and amazing way to start the day. The room was comfortable. The bed was firm but comfortable, many outlets, good air, and good bathroom/room amenities.

Not much honestly. If you are a sensitive sleeper you may hear from a distance sounds or ppl walking outside but closing the window and/or having ear plugs would help. Truthfully the snoring next to me was worst.

The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. Reception spoke excellent English and organised our transfers quickly and efficiently. The breakfast on the roof terrace was fantastic and plentiful...it was lovely sitting drinking your coffee in the warm morning sunshine. This place is an old riad building, beautifully decorated in a tradition style with a wonderful atrium in the centre of the building. It is not the Ritz, but it is clean and functional and represents excellent value for money. I would return again.

An exceptionally nice and well-managed hotel in the center of Marrakech. The location is ideal - just a couple of minutes walk from Jemma el-Fnaa yet rather quiet. Breakfast was served on the rooftop terrace which guests can use throughout the day, including for tea later in the day. You can still hear the city buzz from there. They will organise airport transfer for you which is hassle free and added to your hotel bill. If they offer, take it, this removes the problem of negotiating a taxi price at the airport and solves the problem of finding the hotel the first time you visit. There are 10 rooms, 4 on the ground floor, 4 on the first, 2 on the second. You can pay with credit card. WiFi was functional and speeds were good. There are ATMs in the banks on the main street near the hotel. The staff were pleasant, polite and efficient. Both English and French are spoken.

Outstanding location in the medina. Our pickup at the airport was smooth and the two-minute walk to the riad was a bonus. Every member of staff we had dealings with left a lasting impression of friendliness, professionalism and pride in their work. Breakfasts were plentiful and our room was very clean. This riad is beautiful and an oasis of quiet calm, despite the main souks and Jemaa el-Fnaa just a short walk away. We would happily stay there again, no question.

A clean and cozy riad at perfect location. Bed was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was not self-service buffet but had good variety and quality. Staff were extremly kind and helpful.

Size of bathroom was a bit small. A bit noisy even at night but understandable due to located at most crowded location in medina. No fridge in the room.

The Riad was amazing in every way. Right from booking to leaving the staff were exceptional. The Riad itself was out of this world, location perfect close to the main square which allowed us to easily visit during the day and evening. The reception area had an amazing art sculpture that started on the wall then going around the floor showing Atlas Mountains an old river and villages. The room was beautifully laid out in typical Moroccan style and had all the facilities you could hope for. Tea and breakfast was served on the roof terrace which was high enough to see all over the city. Highly recommended for an outstanding experience.
