Hotel is in a very good location just metres away from Jemaa El Fna Square. I had two rooms, the double deluxe with private bathroom and a Triple room. The double room was very good with wardrobe, hangers and a bed side table. Shower and toilet were in good condition. Shower had low pressure but wasn’t much of an issue. The triple room was very basic with not much space for bags. No wardrobe to hang your clothes.

Only negative I’d say that the Hotels cash only policy. It ate in to my cards withdrawal allowance as I paid in MAD. Also, their conversion was around £5 more than the live rate I had.

This hotel is in the perfect location. Right in the heart of everything so makes the perfect base for a city break. It’s down a little lane so a little hard to find at first but felt very safe. The hotel is basic but clean and we found the reception staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good value at €3 but we preferred to try different places each morning so we only ate the hotel breakfast once - it’s served on a pretty little rooftop terrace. The hotel has free WiFi which worked well. We had an en suite private bathroom which we liked and the shower was hot and powerful. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

The reception area can be very noisy at night so our first night we found it hard to sleep but by night 2 were were used to it and slept much better.

Hotel was very clean and nicely decorated. I had a small deluxe double room but very clean. Bathroom was small but that was OK. Lovely soft thick towels in the bathroom and the sheets on the bed were lovely; like silk. There was a wardrobe, hairdryer, soap, shower gel, shampoo provided as well as a television and air conditioning. Location is perfect for the medina and you can escape the madness of it all very easily as the hotel is very close. Check in was fairly straightforward. Only accepts cash but they are upfront with this so I was prepared.

Pillows were like bricks and I could not sleep with them. Very noisy, people having very loud conversations, shouting, slamming doors probably until about 2:30 am. There needs to be a rule that after 11pm is a quiet time as people have to be up early for flights, etc. I probably had about 4 hours sleep and it wasn't from the noise outside. It was the noise inside.

The hotel is located very close to the main square, but on a quiet street. The check-in/out process is fast and easy. The breakfast is good (maybe they could add some fruits/vegetables). The design of the hotel is really nice (the rooftop terrace/inner courtyard). They helped us on the last day with printing our boarding passes and keeping our bags after check-out.

The walls/door are not very well isolated, so you can hear all the noise from the other guests (the inner courtyard amplifies all sounds), bring ear plugs. They didn't clean our room at all for 4 nights (not even to empty the trash can, which was full of ants after 2 days). The shower curtain should be lowered to prevent splashing. The wifi only works in the Reception area/on the terrace.

As per usual we booked Atlas for our stay in Marrakech. It's so easy to find and right in the heart of the hustle and bustle. The staff are always very accommodating and friendly and upstairs the kitchen staff who sort breakfast are so lovely and polite. We only ever stay here when in Marrakech due to convenience and practicality. Highly recommend!

I went to take a shower at night but water was cold. I was too tired to report it at the time but I'm sure they would have resolved the issue for me straight away. Shortage of toilet tissue so had to keep buying my own.

The location is top! You are literally less than 2 minutes' walk from the Medina. We had a triple room with the ensuite bathroom, the room was quite small but very clean and was great value for money! When you are there, make sure to check out the rooftop seating area, a little gem, and very relaxing. Overall I would recommend this place, for what we've paid it's an excellent option to save a little money while staying central.

This riad is less than 100m away from the main square, the Jemaa el-Fnaa. I paid a very small amount and the room was very basic but also very good value and adequate for my needs. I stayed on the ground floor and it was a simple, yet good experience. Staff very nice! Would definitely recommend!

The location was close to the main square.

When we first arrived the receptionist charged us more than the charge said on bookings. The facilities were horrid, we had to ask for our rooms to be cleaned yet there was still skid marks prior to us coming. We had to request an engineer for our AC multiple times and the receptionist pretended to call up his boss even though there was nobody on the other side of the line. One of the receptionists were exceptional and the other I would never want to see again.
