The staff are so friendly and helpful. Everytime We went out for the day we came home to a clean restocked room. Clean bed, fresh towels coffee/tea station stocked up. Honestly had such an amazing few days here. The bus 48 stopped a few minutes walk from The hotel right into the city centre and it was extremely easy to get around can’t go wrong at all!!!

Only thing was there was a holding fee each night that I didn’t catch onto, and we haven’t received the refund yet it’s been 4 days already I will have to chase that up again

It is dog friendly, but the staff isn’t trained enough to act in situations. We had neighbors who had a dog crying to death all morning from 7am and something at night. It is great to be dog friendly but it shouldn’t bother other guest on holidays who wants to sleep on a Sunday morning. They are no phone in the room so we have to go out to the phone corridor 3-4 times to call the reception and tell them and they did not come up after saying they would… also the chromcast in our room wasn’t working and no one came to repair it until the days so we barely got to use it

The staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful. There was a guy from Syria & Nigeria who looked after us so well, they couldn’t have done more. Also Jenny at check in made us feel very welcome and looked after us with super easy check in and lovely welcome drink. The location on the water is lovely and super easy access to the city centre by bus. The pool access was a brilliant feature.

There was no safe deposit box in our room which I thought was odd.

Super friendly staff, doing their best to meet your requirements. The rooms, albeit small, are clean and comfortable. We booked this hotel because it’s proximity to the Theater Amsterdam and it was perfect.

Nothing we didn’t like, just one important fact: all the rooms are of similar size (fairly small), no possibility for an upgrade to larger rooms or suites. However, the staff at the reception was very nice and gave us a corner room - with a larger entrance space.

In this hotel you can spend a comfortable night, and also enjoy all sorts of activities, such as a swimming pool, sauna, slot machines and billiards (for an additional fee), a gym, a comfortable lounge area with all sorts of drinks, unlimited coffee and popcorn 24/7. Magnificent interior, clean rooms. There are also several areas equipped for coworking. And an incredible view from the window, regardless of the location of the room.

The best hotel I have stayed at !. The location is beautiful on the port-side. The staff were very courteous and always ready to help 24hrs a day. Breakfast spread was well thought out, "Grab & Go" option through the day was extremely helpful especially for solo traveller like me and the chic Bar at the ground floor was a good place to hangout. I would strongly recommend this place to anyone visiting Amsterdam for a short stay !

Very nice decor, comfortable bed and pillows. Location amazing.The lady who checked us in was duper friendly. The parking was great. The luggage hold until you can check in was great.

The service of specifically the bar staff left a lot to be desired. Kitchen closing at twenty minutes past 9 was a bit interesting. Then there are a few small things in the room, mold on the curtain, the ceiling clearly fixed, but not finished off properly, marks on the walls, bathroom tiles with black mold. Not really 4 star...

The hotel is modern and nicely furnished, the room has everything you need for a short stay, including a hair dryer. Towels are changed daily. It takes 10 minutes by bus from the hotel to the city center, and the bus station is a 2-minute walk from the hotel (bus 48). There is also a small swimming pool in the hotel.

The room was clean, except for the dust on the shelves, which gave the impression that it had been cleaned some time ago.

The location is idyllic with the docks providing great views of the ships and a bus stop right around the corner to get you into the city centre. The pool and sauna were a nice way to relax and complimentary fruit infused water in reception was enjoyed. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

The tea and coffee station was not always replenished and the sauna door did not close properly. There was also no safe in the room as advertised. We had to pay an €100 deposit on arrival too which we did not expect to be so much.

The staff were extremely unprofessionnal and confrontational. The barmaid didnt know how to make the cocktails on the menu and proceeded to fight with a collegue in front of us behind the bar. As for check-in, the fees for my 2 dogs came as a shock as 30e per dog per day increased my stay budget by 120e. The staff were very rough and confrontational when discussing the fee, even though I was calm and only asking questions to understand everything fully. As for housekeeping, the service came through at 16h30 when we had already returned to the hotel. We came back to unmade beds and no coffee. The cleaner was in a rush to get out of the room and did a very poor job of refreshing everything.
