We enjoyed our staying at Tiny House. -The house is really cozy, comfortable and the location is really good, especially if you want to move and visit other cities in the Netherlands. -Despite being a very small house, it’s well furnished. We really liked the shower. - During the day the house is brightly lit -Anouk, the host, was really nice, kind and helpful with us!

The value for money is too high. - The wifi was not working upstairs and was really really slow downstairs. If you have a foreign sim, that's a problem. We had to pay for our own internet. - The house is located in the host's garden. If you keep the curtains open you have completely no privacy. It has also happened that during our stay the host entered the house, (being us a couple this made us a little uncomfortable). - There is no space to cook and you spend lot of money eating out. - We would have liked a bigger blanket for the bed instead of two small ones. - The house is very cold and takes a long time to warm up

Anouk the host was very attentive, responsive and friendly. Tiny House is a tiny house by name and nature. Lovely stay in a quiet street, very peaceful and nicely located.

Very friendly, care-and helpful host. Two OV chip card for public transport available which is very good. Next bus stop near by, so u can quickly arrive Haarlem and from there Amsterdam as well.

No entertainment in the room. (at least a Bluetooth speaker would be nice) :)

Clean and beautifully furnished.

We had a wonderful time at the Tiny House. The sleep was great because of the extra comfortable bed. The house is located in the backyard, in a side street in the middle of heemstede and leaves no wishes unfulfilled. We took advantage of the many shopping opportunities nearby, were at the beach in a few minutes and spent a great day in Amsterdam. Anouk is a very friendly and accommodating host.

Great location right on the main shopping street with Bars, cafes and restaurants. approx. 20 min cycle into Haarlem itself Great shower, coffee machine and super comfy bed. Lovely park and woods to walk to within a mile of the house. Host kept in touch making sure everything was all OK and keeping us updated with info and help as needed,

It is very small down stairs and with a narrow, metal spiral stair case, Upstairs was really bright and spacious even with the eaves of the roof. We were out all day so spent very little time there other than to sleep, so didn't cause us an issue.

The location

The winding staircase is not safe. There is no railing. The hostess had a party until 5:00 in the morning. We texted at 4:15 asking her to move the party inside.

the house was absolutely freezing and needed insulation. it was more like trying to sleep in a garden shed at the end of November, which made everything feel damp. being very familiar with Dutch staircasesI have no problem with them but the stairs were ridiculous and didn’t feel safe . We arrived at 10.30pm and left at 9.am the next day to find different warmer accommodation . After explaining the situation to the owner by email no refund was offered . very disappointed.
