The Hampton by Hilton Amsterdam Schiphol Airport is an excellent choice for those seeking comfort and convenience. Its close proximity to the train station makes it easy to reach both the airport and Amsterdam city center, adding great value to the stay. Our room did not have a minibar, but this was not an issue for us. Breakfast is of great quality, with a wide variety and a special highlight for the waffle maker, which is a delightful touch. A special thanks to Kenny, who welcomed us with great attention and kindness, and shared valuable tips on things to do in Amsterdam and the surrounding areas.

The property was closer to the Airport, provided decent Breakfast options, and the room was moderately spacious (we opted for Queen Room).

We were surprised to hear that there is a 5Euros extra payment for luggage storage, which we never experienced during our hotel stays in Europe!

I would prefer an ice box in the room the window did not make a tight fit, but that was not a big issue

Breakfast was excellent. Staff were helpful. It was easy walking to the train station, one stop away from the airport for my next flight. It was a challenge navigating the public transit to get to the hotel initially. Directions were to take a particular bus, which I did, but going the wrong way! Haha! The train was much easier for departure. When I first settled into my room, I was happy to find that I could have dinner at the hotel as I wanted my stay to be a quiet reprieve before a 7-hour flight to Boston the next day. The room was excellent.

Shower drain appeared to be plugged as my shower resulted in standing water. When I used the fitness room, there were no water cups. Front desk was helpful on both counts.

The Breakfast was awesome and facilities were great! The receptionist named NATALI was great too, we arrived early and tired from a long haul but was able to give us a room when we checked in. Even the staffs not to mention their names in the breakfast area are nice making sure that foods are always filled and the area's clean especially the young boy named MARLON, he treats the guest like a family. T hotel was convenient to Schipol airport.

Limited choice of food at night so we went out for dinner somewhere. The lady receptionist when we came back from the tour on Oct 26, 2024 Saturday around 3:30pm. she look's like she don't like her work, not friendly and did not even smile unlike Natali.

Exceptional Service and Warm Hospitality at Hampton by Hilton Hoofddorp My wife Mabel and I (Errol Farro) have been staying at Hampton by Hilton in Hoofddorp for several years now, and each time we're reminded why we keep coming back. During our most recent visit, we arrived very early in the morning (around 8 AM), and the front desk staff - Tine and Natali went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Even though we hadn't checked in yet, they kindly offered us breakfast and arranged a secure space for our luggage. What truly stood out was their flexibility and kindness in offering us an early check-in for only €30 at 9am, which made our long travel day so much easier. Both Tine and Natali were exceptionally professional, helpful, and genuinely kind, making our stay all the more pleasant. The level of hospitality at this hotel is consistently outstanding, and the staff truly make you feel at home. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the Amsterdam/Schiphol area. There is no longer a shuttle service between the airport and the hotel.

The hotel boasts an ideal location, just a short walk from the Schipphol Center and conveniently accessible by a 10-minute bus ride to JAA TO and 15 minutes taxi ride to the airport. The room I stayed in was comfortable, featuring standard amenities such as a cozy bed, a clean bathroom, and a spacious layout that made for a relaxing stay. While the breakfast offered a decent variety, it didn't quite impress; it was satisfactory but could benefit from more options and improved quality. However, the standout feature of this hotel was the staff, who were exceptionally helpful and accommodating, always ready to assist with a warm smile. Overall, it's a pleasant place to stay for travelers seeking convenience with a touch of hospitality. ☺️

5 min easy walk to the train station that connects you with the airport (5min) and Amsterdam Centraal (23 min) Facilities were of high quality and perfectly clean. Very comfortable bed, the kids enjoyed the view from the windows to the train station. Great breakfast that has everything we needed to fuel up for a day in Amsterdam. Staff was helpful and friendly.

We went to bed very early and heard some traffic noise.

I stayed at the hotel last weekend. Radu was a lovely person who made me feel very welcome. He was always polite and very respectful and helpful. It’s a great feeling when you get great customer service from the hotel team. Victor was also very lovely when I get back to the hotel in the middle of the night. Very chatty and friendly. Radu and Victor get a full five stars from me - and I’ll definitely stay at this hotel again because of their generosity and kindness. Best, Neil

Transportation was very convenient (close to the airport, easy to reach Amsterdam Centre Station by train), and the rooms were quiet. We were able to serve an early breakfast before we cached the flight, we believe it opens at 6am. The food was good and diverse.

We booked a double room, but we were missing the towels for the second guest, not a big deal.
