Everything was great. The only comment I would make is that at Breakfast a lot of items were not replenished enough. Often items were not there while there were staff around who should have noticed. Everyone pays for breakfast and there should be enough items available for all and not just the first guests of the day. Quite bad on Sunday: a lot of items gone before 0830.

We have regularly used this hotel over the last 6 years. It has improved a lot during this time. The rooms have been modernised with walk in showers and the beds are very comfortable.

The disabled entry could be improved. There is a flight of stairs leading to reception, however there is an internal open lift available from another door which provides wheelchair access.

I loved my stay at your hotel ! I was there for a week with my friend ,to visit my family who live in the Netherlands, and I felt everyone in hotel were friendly!! Especially your barmanager/ restaurant 0nna & Selina they made our visit little more special they helpful, and curtsis, I would definitely visit again .thank you to all your staff for looking after me .

There was nothing to dislike, in my) opinion!!

I liked the room. Spacious and well-designed. Good view. The staff were very helpful and educated. Keep it up.

1) The lift needs maintenance as its door does not open/shut well: probably some greasing will help. 2) I noticed some empty glasses and bottles were left near a table next to the lift for some days. That will give guests a bad sign. 3) Trucks which bring food and beverages to the hotel park and keep their refrigeration/motors switched on for hours beneath the windows of guests. This may create a nuisance with guests. Find an alternative site for trucks unloading or loading: perhaps on Weigelia Street. Thanks for giving us a chance for feedback.

The location was perfect, and close from mall westfield . The room was as clean as.

I booked the room with balcony, but unfortunately the door itself didn’t open , due there is another lock on the door . And if they open it . The cant close it !!!! Also they didn’tgive me another room as they said the whole rooms are fully booked. The internet keep disconnecting, i believe they need to improve the WiFi coverage in the hotel.

Location is excellent next to Mall of the Netherlands, free parking, friendly service oriented employees, rooms are fairly spacious, balcony and lake view nice. Breakfast food is good.

The location is perfect for shopping in The Mall. Trams run to Den Haag and Delft. It's easy to travel to Scheveningen ( the sea & beach). The dinner in the restaurant was excellent.

One large slightly brighter lamp would have been welcome in the room. The other lamps were quite dim.

I have stayed quite a few times in this hotel and will come back again. It's not a pretty hotel from the outside, but it has been renovated some 1,5-2 years ago (I guess) and the rooms look actually very good for the value of the hotel. Good (but rather small) bathroom, clean rooms and corridors, and - bit subjective - very good comfy beds. I really appreciate the effort the staff makes to make the stay pleasant. I did not use the restaurant this time.

In summer the balconies (in most rooms but not all) can be opened. This can be potentially disturbing when the neighbours having shouting arguments till 3am, or smoking permanently, or having loud intercourse. I had the full menu last time. This is not the hotel to blame but I was simply unlucky. It will not change my very positive opinion about this hotel.

Super clean room. Very comfortable bed. Upgraded to balcony room so lovely evening sitting out looking over the lake. Super shower - hot and powerful. Beside Mall for shopping and restaurants

Couldn’t work out how to lock balcony door but safe in room and inaccessible so wasn’t worried about leaving it open. Couldn’t work out how to turn balcony light off. Curtains blocked light but doesn’t seem very sustainable

Room was comfortable the restaurant food was very good. I was able to settle my bill when I left meaning one receipt could be used for my expences.

On the first evening Saturday, there was a lot of engine noise (deliberate revving of the engine coming from the Westfield / Hotel car park. This was less of an issue during the rest of the stay.
