Room was very spacious and clean. Not cold either which was perfect. Only one thing: Bathroom sink emptied very very slowly

I stayed at NH Maastricht three different times in August-September 2025. I used it as a home base for two bicycle tours. The staff was very helpful in all areas of service in holding my luggage during my tours - they could not have been better! The rooms are nice and large and the breakfast is excellent. This is a very comfortable hotel and was ideal as a place to decompress at after each of the long bicycle tours. The restaurant-bar was a plus to have on location. I will return to the NH Maastricht every time when I visit this area.

The only issue I had was that the room was very warm during my first stay in mid August. This was at the end of a heat wave, thge first few days I was there were 30°C (86°F). to 35°C (95°F), so it is to be expected.

Good size room, really comfortable bed, so I slept really well. Green option - could elect no cleaning of the room. But actually, when you are there a few days, it is nice for it to be cleaned sometimes, even though not changing towels or bedding during your stay (since you wouldn't at home). Excellent breakfast. Extremely close for the MECC.

You could order room service via a QR code and your phone. But this did not work. Every time I tried on different devices, I had an error code. But eating in the restaurant was fine.

The hotel is easily reachable by public transport from the city centre. Very welcoming and cheerful reception staff. The breakfast selection exceeded my expectations and by far was the most varied in choice. Tea/coffee is available in the room. Hotel has an eco smart deal in place - spare the towel change on a stay longer than 1 night and get a free drink at a bar instead. Why not?! ;)

The amenities are tidy and mostly in good state however the hotel is already on an outdated side. Some furnishings are missing parts. Value for money a bit off the reasonable match.

I liked the location of the hotel as it is very near Maastricht Randwyck station and the journey into the centre is only 3 minutes by train. The hotel was very clean and the staff are very friendly and attentive. The complimentary bathroom toiletries is also a nice welcome. In the hotel foyer there is complimentary fresh fruit and water available to hotel guests which is a very nice touch.

The only thing I don't like is that the hotel does not provide an iron or ironing board in the rooms. Although there is an ironing service I would prefer to iron my own clothes rather than have somebody iron my clothes for me

Big rooms. Big rest room. Comfortable beds. Space was enough to feel well. Location is easy to reach by public transport - railway station Randwick is just 100m from the hotel. Bus station is on the front of the hotel.

There was NO air condition in the room! There is just ventilation and you CAN'T control it, so it created "wind" most of the time. Lobby bar opening at lunch time. No restaurants or retail stores nearby.

The gym and Spa were a plus!

After checking out I realized I has forgotten my book in the room. I went back to ask reception to get in touch with housekeeping to recuperate my book before leaving for the airport. Housekeeping said there was nothing left in the room. As I was 100% certain that I had left it on the bed while repacking my handbag I asked my son to return the next day to the hotel to ask them to check again - of course thye had the book. I wish they had really looked for it the first time.

The place is very clean, and the rooms have everything you need. Everyone is super friendly and kind. A bus stop is right in front of the hotel, as it is a bike-sharing station. Breakfast might look pricey, but it's extraordinary, and everything is delicious.

I had to make a last-minute reservation as I couldn't stay in my flat, so we might have paid more than usual. However, the stay was perfect.

Comfort is high and staff is nice, open and with big smile 😀 Location is good, not far from highway and not far from city center - bus stop is just in front the hotel. The breakfast is very good. The small supermarket in the hall is usefull.

No remarks about hotel 😀 I was suprised that I had to pay additional 40 EUR to one night cost - 20 EUR for the parking and next 20 EUR for municipal tax for 3 people.

A huge table and a very comfortable chair in front of it were awesome and unexpected. Usually, it is a small coffee table that could be barely used. Breakfasts were good. The personnel were amazing.

The rented bicycle was not mine, and so not as comfortable. I did not spot any proper food in the shop. There were sweets, alcohol, juices, some necessary things, but nothing I wished to eat, like a sandwich.
