The food at the restaurant was good. The beds were comfy and the room was big. They also had extra pillows. The room temperature and heater was also comfortable.

If someone is not traveling with a car it's difficult to move around with public transport as the transport only crosses twice an hour. There were also no nereby restaurants and on weekends the restaurant is closed for dinner. So it's difficult to get some food for dinner on weekends. Considering there is no nearby restaurants they should keep the restaurant open with some basic menus. The fries are not enough for dinner.

My wife and I recently stayed at this hotel in Maastricht, and it was a fantastic experience. The hotel is located in a quiet area, offering a peaceful retreat. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. Our room was spacious, very clean, and beautifully decorated, making it feel cozy and comfortable. It was the perfect place for a relaxing getaway, and we left feeling refreshed. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Maastricht!

Clean, well appointed room. Comfortable bed. Enjoyed the Rituals products in the bathroom. You can use the hotel's city bikes for an additional charge if you want. We were able to take our dog with us for an additional €25 and were provided with a dog welcome pack containing food and treats in our room.

We felt that the cost of the room was expensive, especially as it didn't include breakfast. Similarly, the hotel charges an additional fee for using their car park, which we felt should be included in the room rate.

We liked that it was clean and staff especially the nightshift team where more than very helpful. The location was not an issue as a bus service took you into the centrum from approx 200 yard from hotel. Taxi cost approx 12 euro.

We didn't like that we had not been informed of the 2 adjacent ongoing building sites at the rear and at one end of the hotel. This caused a displacement of rats and they where clearly visible running around the pool/ outside eating area. The chef could do with a refresher course as we witnessed his inability to deal with a 2 plate order ( He actually cooked our steaks plated them and 5 minutes later put them back in the oven then when challenged he actually tried to deny what he had just done). However I must add that when we explained this to a senior member of staff our plates where removed and a fresh meal was prepared for us.

Friendly staff, good facilities, excellent breakfast. Everything was clean, and we felt welcome. Very dog friendly; the abundant welcome package to our furry friend was a nice surprise! Parking was easy and safe in front of the hotel.

The assortment of breakfast was a bit too scattered around the breakfast area, so it was difficult to locate what you wanted to have. The written signs on the foods were tiny and written in small letters, and only in Dutch! There were a lot of international guests, and my guess is that they don't all speak / understand Dutch.

Simple, solid, clean, accommodation with a comfortable bed. Weronika at the front desk was exceptionally helpful during a very busy period.

The price gouging during Andre Rieu concert, which I wasn't there for. It's relatively isolated unless you have a car; yes you can walk 20min into city but not many local amenities. Multiple TV channels listed but only a few worked (in both rooms we had).

Very reasonable for the price. The staff are very helpful and very welcoming with a smile. Appetizing breakfast menu options. Comfortable dining room. The rooms are very clean and tidy. The swimming pool is well maintained and clean.

Bathroom and toilet in a separate room/space. A little annoying because I had to go to another room to wash my hands after going to the toilet.

I ended up at this hotel at the last minute after a terrible journey because of train strikes. It felt like heaven. The welcome, the facilities, and the cleanliness were all exceptional. The dinner in the restaurant was delicious and good value unlike the breakfast (see below).

I felt that €20 was rather a lot for breakfast - although there was an excellent choice. I needed some good food before setting off again so I paid it - but slightly reluctantly.

The location is excellent. There is good parking. The front desk staff are lovely and helpful. The breakfast is great and breakfast staff are very happy and welcoming. We have stayed here multiple times and will be back.

We chose a smaller room this time and there was not a single towel bar/ or hook to be had. Yet to help the environment we should not leave towels on the floor daily. Minor issue though.
