Nice room, friendly staff, parking close and good location
On the parking side of the hotel, they should have a sign that says entrance this way. There are about 6 double doors to the hotel that are locked and labeled emergency exit (small writing on door window u can’t see until you are at the door). It is not fun trying to find the entrance when it’s windy and raining! We saw others doing the same thing trying to find the entrance, so we were not the only ones. A simple large and visible sign would solve this issue to where the main entrance is from the parking lot!

The sink and shower drain were blocked, causing water drainage issues—more frequent cleaning and maintenance would help. The lighting could be brighter, and adding a closet for storage would improve convenience. On the positive side, the room was spacious and comfortable, just a 10-minute walk from the city center. It was fairly clean overall, and my experience was good.

The hotel is really clean The room has a minimalistic design. Received a nice welcome. The hotel has a rooftopbar, which may be especialy of interest during summer time. The hotel is very focused on sustainability (eg showerhead shows liters water used) Location is good, but not great. Its easily reached by car or bus from the train station. It's about a 30min walk from train station.
A few (small, somestimes very small) points of attention: • The hotel seems a bit noisy. I heard other guests several times closing their window and talking. In addition, the street side of the hotel is a bit susceptible for noisy traffic. • The curtains weren't properly working, allowing quite some light into the room. Some curtain hooks broke off. But was able to fix it myself in a practical manner. • Shower head was leaking a bit. • Window does not have a mosquito screen, potentially allowing insects to fly into the room.

The staff were exceptional and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was as good as possible. They know the city and were helpful in pointing us in the right direction. The rooms looked very clean and modern, with plenty of amenities. The bed was very comfy with multiple pillows and a large blanket. Despite the hotel being close to a main crossroad, noise wasn't an issue overnight even with an open window. The breakfast was absolutely amazing and we couldn't find anything that we'd miss. I'll definitely be returning to this hotel when traveling to Maastricht again!
There was no fridge in the room, but the staff let us refrigerate a small bag of food in their fridge at the reception.

The location is really good and the studio room we stayed in was massive. The rooms were really clean. The hotel has cute messages everywhere, really good branding. We had nespresso machine in our room. The care products provided by the hotel were really comprehensive. The bed was a bit firm for our taste but still comfortable. They're also very mindful about sustainability. The hotel has this young-student-energy vibe. Would actually be great to stay here when we were students. The only problem that we had was the kitchen amenities that came with the studio room we stayed in. At first we didn't have any single kitchen product but the team was quite quick to prepare us a box with basic kitchen items like a pan, some plates, bowls and cutlery. However, then we realized there were no salt/pepper/oil to cook with or hand towels to clean after cooking. It made things a little bit chaotic. That's the only reason that it was 9/10, otherwise an excellent experience.

We loved our stay - really comfortable bed and fantastic shower with lovely products in the bathroom. WiFi was excellent and coffee machine was a nice addition in the room. Location was great - less than ten minutes to main square and twenty five minutes on foot to the station. We loved the area - lots of cool bars and restaurants nearby.
Small point but the room took a while to heat up. We stayed in January and it was -1 in Maastricht and as the rooms are big, warehouse style rooms it took absolutely ages to heat the room up. We had to leave the heater on whilst we went out to keep the heat in.

The industrial design of the rooms was a perfect blend of style and comfort. The bed was incredibly comfortable and large and the overall atmosphere in the room helped us relax completely. We also appreciated the added convenience of having a coffee machine in the room. Jean, one of your staff members, was incredibly helpful and friendly. Jean is a shining example of the excellent customer service we experienced at your hotel. The hotel's location was ideal for exploring the city. We highly recommend it to anyone seeking a unique and enjoyable experience!
Two staff members at the reception did not meet our expectations in terms of courtesy and a welcoming attitude. We believe that a more positive and engaging interaction with guests would significantly improve overall experience.

Nice design and decoration, the check-in is fast and easy, room is spacious, bright and has all the necessary things including coffee machine and electric tea kettle.
The mattress is super firm and feels weird as if you can feel the springs with your body, pillows are loose and stuffed unevenly. My phone fell between the mattress and the back of the bed - i put the hand to take it out and the space was full of hair (disgusting and raising questions how they change bedding but never saw so many hair). Check out is at 12, but room cleaners opened my door at 11:15 even with the sign “Do not disturb” while I was half naked just out of the shower! Just to ask “are you leaving or you have late check out”! Unacceptable and unsafe. Also don’t buy a room with breakfast included - it doesn’t worth 15€ at all.

check-in was seamless, very nice reception. Room was so much better than I expected and was big enough (got upgraded apparently). Clean room, didn't use breakfast facilities so can't comment. Expected to see a lot of annoying students and young people but not so much. Do visit Dael nearby, had breakfast there and visited their shop, lovely place!
Not a massive bother but the way the place is designed/built means that you hear people walking above you. Water in the shower did not go down very quickly. I guess this way you are encouraged to pause your shower and save water this way?

They have really large rooms! The staff is very polite and helpful. The rooftop bar looked great but we didnt have a chance to check it out. The stay feels luxurious at a great price. They have a coworking space which is paid but we could use their cafeteria to work from, and it was very comfortable. You can store your luggage after check out, it is guarded by the employees badge so your luggage is super secure and there wont be any sort of a mix up where you could potentially lose your stuff. Its a very quiet place. Theres no noise or disturbances.
It was hot even with the AC on. Tbf, We were there on a rather hot day, which is unlikely for The Netherlands , there was a way to control the temperature but it didnt really make much of a difference. Also Not really a con but its a 20 mins walk from the train station. You can use the public transport to reach faster.
