The pods are comfortable and there's several theme you can choose. If arriving early and or wanted to stroll before the departure, you can leave the lugagge and they will give you a wrist band. Has straight forward online self check in and check out. Hang out area has a relaxing vibe and within the lockers. They have several toilets and shower room separate for male and female. Provided a bath robe/ dressing gown and hangers. There's also an ironing board and iron in case you need it. Enjoyed my stay and very accessible to public transport and restaurants.

I really enjoyed the comfort of the rooms; they accommodated all our travel gear while still feeling cozy and inviting. The location was ideal, making it easy for us to reach the taxi boats, one of the main activities we had planned in Rotterdam. Additionally, one evening while working on some school assignments in the lobby, we were pleasantly surprised with a glass full of nuts, which was a very nice touch.

To be honest, there wasn't much we didn't like. One area that could have been improved was the cleanliness of the bathrooms on the Saturday night of our stay. The nearest bathroom next to the sink was quite dirty, but since it was late, we didn't let it bother us too much and just used the other bathroom. These things can happen. I requested for it to be cleaned that same night by pressing the button. On Sunday morning, by the time we were getting ready in the bathroom again, it was being taken care of.

Staff were super-friendly, supportive and helpful. They have described the features of the facility well and helped me a lot during my stay. Common areas such as restrooms and bathrooms were always clean enough. Prices at the bar was quite affordable for the guests. Internet speed is also satisfactory and super easy to connect. Overall they offer a value for money service.

Breakfast was really poor (croissant, a little jar of jam, coffee, a cup of yoghurt and an apple) but healthy. Size of the bed was quite well for 2 persons but when you straight up, you can easily touch the ceiling, so interior may be a bit claustrophobic for someone, not me. At one night, my sleep has been interrupted by a group of drunk guests, so I realized that the sound-proof of the room is not enough.

Very modern, new premises, stylish, practical, feels almost futuristic, like a capsule on a spaceship. Loved the fact you could stand up in your pods, feels much less restrictive than a normal hostel where you are sitting in your bed only, gives more space to put stuff in. Fairly clean bathrooms and never were any queues, nice shampoo and shower gel, hair drier. Good WiFi. Cute mini kitchen downstairs with a fridge and a lounge area that feels like a proper cafe. Staff present 24/7.

I wish there was a little note in the bathrooms next to the sinks, “as a courtesy to your fellow guests, please wipe down the sink after you with the paper towel you use” because girls definitely don’t do that, they leave hair, makeup, puddles of water and soap. They are regularly cleaned when staff passes through but a note would go a long way.

I was a bit worried, as pod experience is slightly different to both a hotel and hostel environment. I tend book hotels. And as I was only here for Northsea Jazz Fest, it was hard to find somewhere reasonable priced and with easy access to get to Ahoy for just a weekend. Everything at Cityhub is pretty much laid out for you.... I was out for most of the day so all i needed was a bed and some shelfs to put my clothes on. The showers were clean and never busy. Everytime I used them nobody was there. Usually when i get back to my room i always have a drink and a snack. They had vending machines and a bucket of ice in the kitchen for your drink. It was very quiet at nights, and people seemed respectful. The location was great for bars, restaurants, supermarket. Location was also good to get to the venue. 10 minute walk to the underground station. Just very convenient. 31/07/25 update: Quick shout out to Annebel and the team. Super helpful and friendly. I am going to reserve a hub for next year, as it's more then likely I'll back.

Nothing really springs to mind. Sometimes you just need a place to cover the basics. That's what you get here.

Great location, near to the main station and 15 mins walk to the main city area. There are lots of restaurants in the vicinity. The room was also pretty good for the amount we paid. The beds were comfy, and bathrooms were clean, too. Clean sheets and towels provided. Easy access to the 4th floor with the elevator. The bands provided for access to the place were also very handy, instead of cards and keys. Fridge provoded and with small shared kitchen to heat the food up in case you don't want to eat outside. Would recommend it for sure and will visit again!!!

Not for us, but for some, it might be claustrophobic. Sometimes, the bathroom was also wet, as the sinks were designed to let the water drop down. The pillows were way too high, gave me a headache, but I slept without it for the next time.

It’s in a really good location a short tram ride or a 15 min walk from central station! Plenty of restaurants and bars in the area which I’m sure would make for a really good night out! The room was cool with mood lighting that can be controlled through an app and Bluetooth speaker to blast your favourite tunes out! Also the staff seemed really friendly always got a hello when entering! And a 12pm checkout time is amazing and you can also still use the lockers even after checking out!

I had a very pleasant stay! The staff were friendly and available 24/7, which was reassuring. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and I experienced no disturbances from other guests. The room was pleasantly cool, everything was spotlessly clean, and the showers were excellent. It was also a lovely touch to have music playing in the background, adding to the welcoming atmosphere. Overall, the price-quality ratio was outstanding! .

If I had to mention any minor points, it would be that the door to the room was a bit heavy to open, and there was a bit of light coming into the room at night—through the small window and from things like the charging station indicator. However, these were very minor details and didn’t cause me any real inconvenience

Modern and very clean, 15 min from the central station. Check-in and out were easy, however, I needed help from the staff to understand how to use the bracelets. Breakfast can be received in the room, however, I chose to eat in the common area. Perfect for introverts 🙂 I loved that there were various photographies on the wall from lesser known photographers around the world, for example, Latvian Krišjānis Kazaks.

Rooms are a bit dark but it's expected. Breakfast was super cute and healthy but there was no choice, only one option (box consisting of apple, croissant, coffee, juice and jogurt).

The hub is clean and has a comfortable bed. Good space for 2 people and can even fit 2 cabin luggages (not sure for a medium size). The lights change colour but they are not too strong. It is possible to adjust them, however to do that it is necessary to download the app. For a personal opinion, I do not find it a bother since most of the time I was out. Common area such as bathrooms are clean with Rituals as amenities and lockers for luggages have surprisingly big space. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The hairdryer is not strong enough, but overall everything is good.
