Friendly staff who would go out of their way to provide assistance. My daughters requested dry towels after their towels got soaking wet from the pools, and they weren't supposed to have any as we were given towels on arrival. However, the lovely staff member gave them some. Apologies, I forgot her name. We stayed in Cabin 16, and we can fit up to 10 people, but there were only 4 of us. The wooden bunk beds were warm and comfortable. Basic room with just a table, x2 chairs and a heater but cosy and comfy. My daughters aged 14, 8 &9 really enjoyed the heated pools, giant pillows, and the lounging/gaming areas that kept them occupied throughout their 3 day stay. Tasman holiday park is super close to the shopping centre, great walking distance. The facility is relentlessly clean, the communal kitchen and bathrooms are always clean. I read some unpleasant reviews about this place, and I thought WOW everyone is different with their expectations, but for me and my girls, it's such a SAFE place for kids even the fridge/freezer is safe to store your food in a cooling bags. There's also bike to hire for $10/hourly and ride around the facility. We wanted to stay another 2 night but when we checked on line and it was fully booked. So, it was a bummer!. I recommend this place if you're not expecting too much of a 5 star motel/hotel accommodation but for us this place deserves a 5 Star rating for its maintenance of the grounds, clean facility plus they have everything you need for kitchenette, BBq areas etc. The Coromandel people are friendly and hospitable! We would definitely return back and stay in Tasman Park. Thank you for serving us. Bless you all 🙏

The camp is well stocked with everything you could possibly need to camp. It was more like glamping with full kitchen facilities, pool, activities for kids and more. Definitely cost a bit more than a standard camp ground but you get excellent value for your money.

We are non smokers and had a smoking family in the cabin next to us which was unpleasant for us as we like to keep our windows open for fresh air but their cigarette smoke came directly into our room each time they smoked. We did give staff this feedback that perhaps a designated smoking area or smoking only cabins was a better idea as it was the only fault of our whole stay.

We absolutely loved staying here as a family. Everything we needed was right at our doorstep with plenty of fun things to do for our kids including the awesome heated swimming pool with the slide even though it was winter. They also loved the jumping pillow and playground. We also loved the nice covered outdoor areas with bbq right outside the door a nice big lounge a kitchen with plenty of space to relax. Would highly recommend to any family or friends wanting to get away for a night or more. It was such a lovely peaceful place to stay and the staff were also amazing and friendly too.

A group of us were on a motorcycle trip & this was our first time stay in a Top 10. We normally tent it (& were carrying our own eating & cooking facilities) but decided to treat ourselves due to wet & cold weather. Were pleasantly surprised to find that our cabins had plates, cups etc & the shared kitchen had pots/pans etc. Brilliant facilities. And the staff member that greeted us (an Argentinian lass) could not have been more pleasant & helpful to a group of cold, wet, hungry & tired grumpy old men :-) One of us joined Top 10 as a result.

The floors in the shared toilets were wet & covered in grass clippings during our 15 hour stay but otherwise very clean.

Place is such a nice and clean, quiet environment Staff such a caring even worry that I will get cold she came over and greeting us and shut the kitchen door behide her. Thanks Rosie I forgot my favorite warm jackets staff reach us immediately I am not sure which one of staff as it from initial numbers but these 2 names are Rosie and Nicole ^_^ 😀 Thanks for your helps. It was a nice camping ground with a lot of kids around and good people from different countries with kids include Maori or Pacific Islanders. The staff were friendly and relaxed and helpful. So had a bit a talk with one guy. That’s a respectful stay.

Well the room we have booked was a bit small and we had bunk beds as I was traveling with my older daughter. So she was a bit fighting with her mattress on the end.

Location, good staffs, and the facility provides good service and clean common area esp. bathroom/toilet.

Only the bed and pillow sheets should be thoroughly washed to maintain a clean bed because I think it smells like it hasn't been changed but actually it looks clean, only smells like used...maybe the pillows and duvets needs to be washed too sometime. But overall experience was outstanding, good job!

The room and facilities were excellent for what I needed, definately good value for money. Great also to have the playground and jumping pillow which my son loved. Having the 3rd day for free was an excellent bonus.

Since I was there a few days it would have been good to have the room serviced during my stay but I probably could have asked for that.

We all enjoyed the facilities, they were all so clean! The room, kitchen, toilet and shower areas were all immaculate.

I found that I was happy with everything. There was not one thing I didn't like. It's a safe place to stay, we even slept with the doors open. So I can't say there was nothing I didn't like, because we enjoyed our whole stay.

The facilities are amazing. The ground are very well maintained and the staff are super friendly. Honestly had the best mini family vacation, my boys loved the pool, jumping pillow, and chilling in the TV rooms.

Only downside is the walls are thin in the cabins so you hear everything!!
