Lots of things to like - very peaceful surroundings, the bed was very comfortable with beautiful bedding, lovely touches eg Alexa, elegant tea and coffee presentation box, offer of a bottle of milk on arrival. Lovely big shower room and drawer under sink for toiletries, nice big fridge, wardrobe, outdoor space, pretty gardens, communal barbecue, washing machine option, own parking space, very helpful greeting on arrival.

Not a lot. My husband, who is quite tall, had to be careful at the kitchen sink as his head nearly came into contact with the overhead cupboard! The bed in our room could have been moved a touch to allow the wardrobe door to fully open. Minor things.

What an amazing stay and a beautiful apartment. It is well furnished, having two bathrooms was super convenient, wonderful laundry with washer and drier, nice spacious kitchen, two balconies! It is a gated community, so felt safe, and there is bbqs in the courtyard which can be used. You also get a 10% discount at the Highlands for entry and their experiences if you stay here. It was quiet and we would love to stay again. The whole complex feels very well managed.

The only negative was very laggy slow internet for the majority of our stay. I think it must have been a temporary glitch, because on the last day of our stay it became much better. The owners did try to remedy it, but not much they could do.

Location was great for the work place we were at, literally just round the corner. Convenient for our late trip back from Wanaka on Wednesday night having the gate fob and the parking was excellent.

Meet our needs perfectly, as only really there to sleep and shower, we didn't require anything else so didn't need to try. I'm sure if we were to do so they would be as good as everything else we did experience.

Located in a gated community, the apartment is secure and quiet. Cromwell is a charming, easy going town between Mt Cook and Queenstown. We found the facilities adequate for a short stay and it’s very good value.

Maybe we didn’t know the proper switch in the bathroom… The towel warmer turned out super hot and raised the temperature of bathroom to unbearably high.

Great location next to Highlands. the apartment was so roomy, beautifully decorated, and well equipped. The stairs were very shallow and easy to use. The lovely sunney courtyard was a great place for us to catch up with friends in the late afternoon.

The apartments are around 2km from the town centre but as most visitors will be travelling by car this is not a big issue.

We very much enjoyed the quietness and security of the accommodation. Everyone we spoke to were welcoming and accommodating. Husband walked around the area which he described a mixture of accommodation and commercial that was clean and quite.

Would of been nice to have the car park close to our room as we had quite a lot of luggage. Even though we enjoyed the quietness of the complex we could hear the groups conversation from the BBQ area very clearly.

A clean, comfy and spacious accommodation located in a beautifully modern neighbour overlooking the mountains. Stunning floor to ceiling windows with two patios. Bedrooms overlook the central courtyard area. We enjoyed our time there. The apartment was well stocked and the beds were very comfy. Marg provided great local recommendations. Many wonderful things to do within an hour drive.

Everything was great - maybe a play area for children.

I was greeted by Doug the Manager of the apartments, he was very efficient friendly and after a short converstaion he really help me in understanding the area, i mentioned i was in Cromwell looking for long term accommodation because i had got a new job in the area..again he was so helpful and i cannot thank him enough for this..i was getting downhearted because it is so hard to find accommodation in that area but alas i had no luck after 6 days. anyway the unit itself was spotless, it looked like it was never used.

in all honesty there is no way i could say something bad,about the place because there was nothing i did not like, you get what you pay for.if you want a negative lol and its not really you must drive a massive 4 minutes to town if you want to dine out... Biggest negative there is only 1 place over 6 days that was good for food and coffee the rest i got gastro and stomach problems, so DO NOT go near the kebab place what an absolute farce and Rainbow tea rooms..STAY AWAY from both

A gated complex, very clean and modern and quiet. Staff were friendly and nothing was a problem. If you go to Cromwell racing, highly recommend as plenty of parking for race trailers. Unit was upstairs but had everything we needed to have a great stay. Will definitely stay here every time.

Absolutely nothing

The apartments were well arranged around the gardens, not overlooking cars and not overlooked by others. Comfortable patio furniture allowed us to sit out in a sheltered space.

Wardrobe storage was missing and the bedside drawers were far too small for our longer stay. Sound travelled across the circle from others, due to the hard surface reflection.
