Fabulously comfortable and well appointed studio. The bathroom is way more than expected, although the kitchenette was really only a kettle, toaster, microwave and sink, meaning you couldn’t really prepare much. The location whilst away from everything was idyllic, so peaceful even given its proximity to the highway. The 45th parallel walk was a great way to start the day and Cromwell was only a 5 minute drive away. If you want to be in the heart of everything then don’t stay here but if you want a great studio with amazing views and lovely hosts then this is for you.

There isn’t really anything to do if places to eat in Lowburn.

We had a blast staying at the cozy 2-bedroom cottage! It was awesome having our own space away from the other units, giving us plenty of privacy. Plus, being right by the lagoon was a dream, and the cottage was well-designed and practical. We loved taking walks and biking right from our doorstep, and dipping into the cold water was the perfect way to cool off on those hot days only to warm up again in the hot pool. And the free kayaking was a sweet bonus! Sally and Donald, our hosts, were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Can't wait to come back sometime!

Lovely hosts made us feel very welcome. Relaxing view & location with good facilities. Ate on the patio just about every meal. Nice to have a plunge pool to cool off in & the offer of kayak as well

Wasn't sure about main road noise, but with double glazing, not a big issue. Would have been nice to have aircon, but again, if kept closed up, not too bad with a fan on hot days

The room was a great size, very comfortable ,lovely bathroom the and location was great. not to far from town very quiet and the view was stunning overlooking the lake we watched the little blue ducks swimming around. It was close to the main road but we could not hear any noise from the traffic would defiantly recommend.

There was nothing to dislike It had everything the that you would need.

The close proximity of my sliding door to the neighbours door. Both felt the need to have net drape pulled for privacy which cuts out the lively view. No tissues or herbal tea/milo options No toilet seat? The shampoo/conditioner was very watery with really no smell

The unit was very comfortable. It was listed as a 2 bedroom but is really a separate bedroom with 2 single beds and a queen bed in the lounge. The spa pool is great, but you must book it before using and there is a cold plunge pool beside it. The view of the inlet lake is very nice and the grounds are immaculate. The property is new and modern.

The property is right beside the main highway so when sitting outside there is a lot of traffic noise and you can't leave the bedroom window open at night because of this. It would be nice to have shower gel in the bathroom and a box of tissues would be handy.

Stayed 2 nights in this beautiful location. Place was immaculate,warm and very inviting. It was raining when we arrived and then the next morning it was snowing. The location was just the right kilometers from Cromwell so nice and peaceful. Would certainly recommend this accommodation 😍

Room was very nice and modern, excellent location short drive to Cromwell but away from main busyness, gorgeous setting over lake. Hosts are lovely and helpful, good soundproofing, no neighbour disturbance. Great shower and comfy bed.

Heard main road traffic to begin with as very close to highway but wasn't disturbing.

Nearly everything, beautiful room, quality furnishings etc. Lovely and clean warm, quiet location. Gorgeous surroundings.

Heaps of bugs around door. Arrived late, light left on but unfortunately attracted flying insects Lock box didn't work.

Lovely view from the room. Everything we needed was provided. Very clean and comfortable room. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you to the host for making us feel right at home. We can certainly recommend this place for long, or shorts stays.
