This is a great place to stay in Cromwell, the units are large, well furnished and very comfortable. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The location is very very convenient with a shopping mall and four excellent restaurants less than 100 metres away, we can recommend the Mexican and the Thai, and despite being on a busy road the motel is very quiet. I highly recommend Carrick Lodge.

The location was great, the staff were very friendly towards us, nothing was a chore for them, I would tell others about our wonderful stay. The weather was great. The room was clean, smart looking, could not fault the accommodation one of the better ones I have stayed in as I travel often, and always tell friends and family of my stay, but no well done to the Carrick Lodge Motels Cromwell.

Was met by a friendly host, who showed me the photo of the old Cromwell town and recommended a visit, which I did and really enjoyed it. Room was situated away from the road and and was very comfortable. The motel is located in an ideal spot with the mall, being opposite.

That my travels did not allow another night or two there! One of the best motels I have stayed at throughout NZ.

Well located. The rooms were immaculate and well equipped, very comfortable and spacious. The hosts were amazing and went above and beyond when I was unable to access my Air bnb and needed to stay over the weekend. They were extremely helpful, and nothing was too much trouble. I would absolutely recommend this motel to anyone looking for a great, well-priced place to stay where you are made to feel very welcome.

The location is very central and can walk to get supplies or ride your bike. We were also offered to be able to charge our e-bikes in the garage and leave them in there securely overnight. The owners also gave us great recommendations of things to do and places to visit :-)

Excellent motel with good rooms/facilities, friendly helpful staff and just across the road from a number of eating places and a good breakfast cafe. I have stayed at this motel before as an alternative to paying considerably more for a place in Queenstown and it was just as good staying there the second time

we were offered another room if we found our to noisy as it was on the street side but room was very quiet. heater was on and room lovely and warm, clean room and a great size, very clean bathroom and big spa bath ,staff very friendly, have booked another stay

Heat had been turned on, so it was pretty warm when we arrived. In addition to the room heater, there was a bathroom heater and a heated towel rack, so we were very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and modern. Plenty of parking, not too tight. Great location.

No complaints. You can tell the owners/managers take pride in what they offer.

Loved everything about Carrick Motor Lodge. Very clean, and comfortable. Service, location and value for money was fantastic. Could not find any fault with Carrick in Cromwell. Would definately stay again and 100% recommend.

There was honestly nothing, everything was on point.

Great location, not far from main route into town. The gentleman who checked us in was extremely helpful, giving us directions to places to visit and restaurant recommendations. Room was huge and very comfortable. Chose room with spa bath that was lovely after a busy day. Wish we had been staying longer.
