This was the most perfect homestay I experienced in New Zealand. The accommodation was impeccably tidy and exceptionally clean. The hostess was a fantastic host, offering many valuable suggestions for things to do and see in both the immediate area and beyond. Her breakfast included delicious homemade jam. If you’re near Cromwell or traveling to Queenstown or the fjords, this is the homestay for you!

Warm, friendly welcome from host Clarissa and a thorough introduction to her lovely home. Really appreciated her tips on things to do in the locality and of places to eat. Excellent breakfast and thoroughly enjoyed the homemade preserves! Quiet location and a beautifully kept garden. Close to the Cromwell Heritage Precinct and wonderful nearby walks and cycle trails. Really enjoyable stay.

Very friendly hostess, super clean house, very comfortable bedroom and bathroom. Delicious breakfast with many homemade jams and fruit items. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a place to stay in the Cromwell area. A lovely homestay experience.

We liked everything.

Very homely and cosy environment created by the hostess wonderful friendly person. Breakfast served was delicious and her garden is so pretty. It's a homestay so sharing and interacting with hostess and other guests was quite nice touch to our vacation.

Never having stayed in one before was delighted with the facilities and the Hostess was very welcoming and couldn’t do enough for you. An excellent breakfast was provided in the morning

An absolutely brilliant place to stay at if you are in Cromwell. A truly lovely host, and an absolutely warm friendly and inviting home. The breakfast with homemade preserves the next morning took it to the next level. 10/10 the best we have come across by far :)

Easy to find. Super clean home. Host Clarissa is an absolute darling. Gave us good information where to go and what to do. The beds are super comfy. Is a quiet and private area. Absolutely loved it!!

The breakfast was excellent, especially the homemade preserves. The host couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating - it was a real treat and we were sorry to say goodbye. The house was immaculate and the facilities perfect.

Excellent breakfast with very good home bottled fruit and jam. The owner is a delightful person who shares her home with guests. There is a beautiful garden outlook from the living areas. The owner does everything she can to accommodate and care for her guests. The home is located in an attractive newer area of town. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Clarissa received us with a very cordial welcome, served a great breakfast every morning and was so helpful whatever we needed

the room was a bit small as we arrived with big suit cases, but actually no problem
