The whole place was immaculate and obviously very well taken care of. From the gleaming taps in the apartment to the grounds and even laundry room. This was one of my favourite stays as literally had everything you need. The apartment itself is very modern and the wee kitchen was very handy. Bed was super comfy and the bathroom had controllable heated floor and an amazing shower. In the complex you have lots of areas to sit and relax as well as a communal kitchen (supplied with EVERYTHING!), guest BBQs, laundry and lounge. The lady (sorry I have forgotten name) is so helpful and you get milk on arrival and she will help in anyway with takeaways, directions and even change and washing powder for laundry!

Absolutely nothing!

What a lovely accommodation in an industrial area! The rooms are clean, fresh and spacious. The bathroom is lovely with a walk-in shower. The shared kitchen is absolutely fabulous, with industrial appliances, loads of dishes and every pot and pan that you could wish for. There is even a little herb garden with Staff were wonderful as well, always happy and eager to please. Even though this is located in an industrial area, there are a few places to get food. We recommend the pie shop around the corner!

Very new, very nice accomodation. I can only recomend to stay there. There is absolutly nothing negative about the accomodation itself, but...

...2 things should be taken into account: 1. It is in an industrial area - I was there in the weekend and it was quite. Don't know how it will be during the week. 2. I had a room on the south side, and south-east of Cromwell is a motor sport park. You will be disturbed by those lunatics wasting precious resources until late at night. The 2nd reason is why I only awarded 9/10. Otherwise it would have been 10/10.

Loved the clean modern room. Amazing bathroom with excellent shower pressure and temperature. Staff were very friendly and extremely accommodating, storing our bikes for us. Great laundry. Anazibg shared kitchen space and lounge with outdoor BBQ's. Everything you need and more.

Not that it matered, but the location is in an industrial park. Our unit faced a new building being constructed. But we were awake so weren't woken by the work when they started in the morning. Extra bonus sleep in on Good Friday with no work noise.

The communal facilities were excellent, large dining area, commercial sized HUGE kitchen & a lovely large TV area. The room was very clean & modern & as it was very cold when we stayed, the heat pump worked a treat. The staff were very welcoming as well. This motel would 100% suit business guests & contractors & large groups travelling together

room was a little small & compact but had everything one would need within the room. If not the HUGE communal area made up for anything lacking. Unfortunately our room was facing a new development site & we were woken at 6am with road traffic & workmen arriving to commence work & then noisy work commenced around 7ish. Also the orientation of our room (south side) did not get any sun & was extremely cold until we got the heat pump working but once on & going, room warmed up very quickly

New modern accommodation in an industrial park that is excellent value for money. The room has a small but functional kitchenette. The Cromwell has a lot to offer and Wanaka is an easy drive. We thought this accommodation was a good base to explore the region from. We loved the shower but best of all, it’s very close to Sanga’s Pies which are the best we have had in New Zealand.

The room was on the small size but there is a nice lounge and kitchen common area and outdoor grilling facilities where you can stretch out.

Very pleased when I stayed here for 2weeks January 24. Very clean and comfortable. The apartments are very modern and in a separate block there is everything you could need. Large comfortable modern lounge with plenty of seating and TV. Excellent kitchen facilities with multiple cookers, 0vens, microwave, fridges etc should you want to prepare a meal. Also a large modern dining room available for guests to use.. Fridge, toaster and kettle with cutlery and crockery in the room also. Staff were really pleasant and friendly and I would certainly stay here again next time I`m in NZ.

Everything was fine.

The bedroom was nice n tidy the bathroom was spacious. But the floor heating didnt work (not in our expectation though). The shared kitchen was exceptionally clean and tidy with plenty of cooking utensils and cutlery. Salt and pepper n some basic spices were available, made it easier for us. Thanks. In the ad though it said private kitchen was provided. May be it meant microwave? We could not use Netflix n Youtube though .not set ready for us to use. Suggestions: Some hooks in the bathroom would be useful. A little table would also be useful especially since the sink was very small with no bench at all. Overall we enjoyed our stay there for 2nights. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Thanks for having us!

This is a modern two-story studio apartment complex situated in an industrial area of Cromwell. The main room is moderately sized and has a comfortable king-size double bed (some have multiple single beds), a small built-in wardrobe, and a kitchenette comprising a microwave, fridge, and sink with sufficient crockery and kitchen utensils. The bathroom comprises a good walking shower, sink, and toilet. The rooms are double-glazed and air-conditioned. Parking and WiFi are free. The complex also has a large communal kitchen facility and dining and lounge areas for groups to use. Communal coin-operated laundry is also available. Several supermarkets and restaurants are situated within easy driving distance in Cromwell. The Harvest Park Studios Workers' Accommodation is well-priced and central for exploring this part of Otago.

You can get a bit of noise from some of the industrial sites early in the morning. However, this is minimal, especially if the double-glazed windows are kept closed.

Being disabled, it was really important to us that the facilities helped rather than hindered us. The room was just right, the bed was very comfortable, the bench and cupboards were large and plentiful. The bathroom ensuite was fabulous and had a disabled fold down chair on the wall for the shower and the toilet was at a good height. We will definitely stay here again and recommend it to everyone we know.
