I am writing to provide positive feedback on my recent stay at Anderson Park Motel. My experience was truly delightful, and I wanted to highlight several aspects that made my stay exceptional. The hosts were incredibly lovely and welcoming, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere from the moment I arrived. The cabin I stayed in was beautifully styled, and I particularly enjoyed the comfortable bed and the high-pressure shower, which added a touch of luxury to my stay. One of the standout features was the peace and quiet I experienced, allowing me to unwind each night and work on my laptop without interruptions. This contributed to the best sleep I have had in a long time, making my stay both restful and productive. The rooms were tastefully decorated, reflecting the hosts' dedication to providing a pleasant and comfortable environment for their guests. Their efforts have truly made Anderson Park Motel a wonderful place to stay, offering a home-away-from-home experience. I wanted to express my appreciation for the wonderful experience I had at Anderson Park Motel. The hospitality of the hosts and the quality of the accommodations exceeded my expectations. The only drawback I encountered was that I was unable to extend my stay. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at the motel and would have loved to stay longer, but I had to head home. Very well equipped unit with heaters that are so important as winter evenings set in. A very good free laundry )with washing machine and drier, but bring your own laundry powder) is another positive featureThe double bed in Unit 6 was also very comfortable.

A slight negative would be that the lever to turn on the water flow of the hand basin in the bathroom took a huge effort (seriously) to lift up - it seemed to have seized up. I have never liked showers with no rims as, here too, after showering, water has spread over most of the rest of the bathroom floor.

Anderson was one of the most recommended stays, and I now understand why. The appealing location, pristine rooms, and warm hospitality made the experience stand out. Even though I arrived late, the team had turned on the heater and ensured everything was ready, and the owner’s personal assistance at night was greatly appreciated. Apart from a brief struggle to find the door, everything was outstanding, and I highly recommend it.

Absolutely spotless, thoughtfully and tastefully arranged and supplied, friendly and efficient reception. Beds were huge and comfortable. Was a little above our ideal price-range (road-tripping south with a careful budget), but the space, location, and facilities made it excellent value for money and we’re only sorry it was for just one night. Definitely struck gold in the minefields with this one :)

Our only, nit-picky, personal preference suggestion might be to have smaller, less intense bedside lamps in the main room.

The accommodation was good.

The staff person was prompt. However she mistook me for another guest, solely based on the Asian-sounding name we both had, and insisted that I may have missed her call or message. While I understand that this was unintentional, it is exhausting to have to deal with being seen as the "other", time and again, in my own country. I was too tired yesterday to communicate this to the person.

Room was warm with easy to operate heating. Staff were friendly. Good location close to everything in Cromwell. Clean. Would happily stay again.

Minor niggle, but a part of the electric blanket (appreciated that part) was fairly central on the mattress so when I moved at any point it dug into my back or shoulder. I'm guessing it'd be easily moved.

Good location and facilities except Wifi signal in the main dining and main bed room. There are basic kitchenware and other facilities. It is quite peaceful and not far from the center of the town. Fresh choice is 3 min. from the motel.

Due to motel archetecture , the main dining room and bed room have no wifi signal so we must use this in the play ground out door.

Easy to find , in a quiet area of town. We came for a night to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary and along with a fine meal at the Moorings , we will have fond memories of our stay.

Only one small thing not a criticism but a suggestion….when the room is prepared and milk is put in the refrigerator don’t set the refrigerator on Zero …not in temperatures close to 30 degrees. It should be set on 3 or 4 ….when guests arrive seldom do they check on the refrigerator settings , they assume the motel has done it right.

Location, straight forward to get to. The room was beautiful and toasty when we arrived. Electric Blankets on all beds. Wonderful. I received a message saying the Key would be left in the Lock Box, we just had to collect it. Great Instructions. Wonderful there wasn't a problem arriving late. Would stay there again.

Spacious room that was exceptionally neat & clean. The room was well equipped for basic cooking. Quiet location on the edge of the park but only about a 15 minute walk through the park to a small outdoor mall area with stores and restaurants.

Nothing. There is no air conditioning, which wasn't a problem since it cooled down nicely at night.
