I really appreciated having breakfast provided as I wasn't expecting it. And it's just a nice simple healthy breakfast. I enjoyed it thanks. I'd like to thank the receptionist who had a warm and welcoming personality. She had my booking info already when I arrived and she even came out to show me my room. Perfect location for me as I came t o Gisborne on a Mission Visit to the Methodist Church, just a few doors down the main road.

I have no complaints. I was even amazed at being able to watch the All Blacks second test against Argentina on Sky in the warmth of the room.

A fabulous stay for the night we were in Gisborne. Lovely, friendly and helpful hosts - great communication beforehand too. A breakfast included was a great surprise - muesli, milk, orange juice, toast, spreads, butter, peaches, etc. Very tasty and a generous touch. Much appreciated. Very, very clean, well equipped for a small studio. Easy parking. Comfortable bed - had a great night's sleep. Perfect for a quick overnight stop in Gisborne.

Everything was good, it's a nice standard motel and comes with a small breakfast pack, of juice toast cereal and milk.

The only negative which is a problem with most hotels in the area, is that they are all situated close to 1km from the centre, about 20-30 minutes walk. If you want closer you would need to pay a heap more money and stay near the water, but there are not that many places within the CBD.

We liked the room, the couch looked great. There was chilled water in the fridge, the room was already toasty and warm for us when we got in after 11pm. My husband said that the bath was fantastic, we had cooking utensils. It was great. There was a separate room with 2 singles beds. The motel was easy to find. We had free parking close to our room. The room was clean and it smelt really good. Management met all of our needs and was very pleasant to communicate with in person and on the phone. My husband noticed the beautiful art, he has a great attention to detail. We will definitely book again in the future.

I think the plastic milk cartons are wasteful. My husband thought that the fan in the bathroom was horribly loud as well.

The breakfast was very good and enjoyable. Parking right outside the unit. Very clean and represented unit. No traffic noise given it located on a main road.

Studios are quite small so would only want to stay for a couple of nights.

Really enjoyed my stay here. Absolutely loved how cozy the rooms were and the friendly atmosphere from the owners - Miyuki & Jason. Air conditioning is so great with a heater in both room and bathroom for early cold mornings. Ample parking space and overall great place for value!

Superb service from the manager who rang and even booked a cab for me. Beautifully clean and even had recycling . Whilst the facility is a little old it makes the best of it through being so organised and having great service.

The staff were immediately very positive and friendly upon arrival, and gave the impression that they would do whatever they could to make the stay more comfortable. The room was perfectly clean and exceeded my expectations.

The room was lovely and clean! Also being along the main road which can get busy was so peaceful and quiet. The wifi connection was also strong and the shower was nice. Bed is also comfortable for a good nights sleep. For anyone travelling Bella Vista is definetly a good place to stay to get a good nights rest.
