Location suited us perfectly. Easy access to Napier.

Lights from car yard across the road shining into our room. They also had a large tv like screen flashing into our room at night. Blinds pulled down solved the problem. Privacy was also comprised from the bathroom and kitchen windows that looked out over the carparks behind the building. Had to be mindful when in the bathroom or changing anywhere in the unit.

Well appointment room, warm, private, quiet and comfortable. Very friendly staff and the reception chap tried very hard to help with the internet

Only 3 side plates with 4 of us in the unit, 3 bath towels, had to ask for a 4th one, very poor internet, poor single strength. One packet of 2 biscuits and not enough coffee for 4 people. We took our own milk, biscuits and coffee to supplement the kitchen.

The room was spacious and clean. The bed was large and very comfortable. The staff pleasant and helpful.

The bathroom was a wet floor in every sense of the phrase. The whole floor got wet when having a shower. There was no extractor fan in the bathroom either. The electric kettle leaked water all over the bench.

The high light was definitely the hot tub in the room! Travelling with a baby makes it hard to leave the room to enjoy those facilities in most places but having your own private one in your room made it more relaxing and easier! The bed is also super comfy!

The bathroom fogged up quite quickly when having a shower, perhaps an extraction fan might help?

Didn't have breakfast Greeting great. When ready to leave receptionist came to let me know what to do with keys called me by my Christian name which was just great make me feel welcomed like he knew us thank you.

Something you can't prevent was the traffic and loud motors of cars.

The room was comfortable, but the overall highlight was definitely the spa. It was a nice way to finish a busy day of work in the area.

When I arrived back to the motel one night, all the carparks were taken. This was frustrating, but I parked my car somewhere that wasn't in anyone's way. It would be good if staff could monitor the parking areas, because there's not really the ability to park on the road. This was a minor issue though.

The room was very comfortable with a separate bedroom. Bathroom was very comfortable, I would have used the spa bath if we had been there for a longer period of time. The separate kitchen was much appreciated.

Staff were not onsite when we checked in, had to wait for someone to arrive.

Nice location, clean and tidy. Very spacious. Beds were the most comfy beds ever 😊 will definitely come back.

The curtain in the lounge bit needs to be Abit darker. The bright light from across the street shone right through the lounge. But other then that. Would definitely recommend.

Was able to spend quality time with my family in comfort the beds and pillows amazing the cleaness in the room loved it big thanks to the cleaners awesome work

The car parking there is not enough space for the price if everyone had a car park per room that would b awesome but we made it work

loved the big bed and the big spa bath. was very spacious besides the crammed up lil kitchen area. was a couple things that ruined it though. Otherwise was pretty satisfied.

was a hells pizza left in the fridge and food n rubbish in the bin so obviously wasn't cleaned thoroughly.
