The room was incredibly spacious, providing plenty of room to relax and unwind. The bed was super comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. It’s clear that cleanliness is a priority here, as the room was spotless upon arrival. One of the best parts of the stay was the location—just a short walk to the mall and surrounding shops, which made it so convenient for dining, shopping, and exploring the area. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a great place to stay!

We were provided with everything we needed. A bonus was coffee making facilities. Every space and every thing was nice and clean. The rooms were spacious as were the bathrooms. Another bonus was being able to charge our electric car. Beds were comfortable. The location was very central, which wasn’t actually important for us this time, but we will know for another time, and be able to pass that on to anyone looking to stay in Havelock North. Many thanks for our stay with you.

Excellent location close to centre of town. Adequate space for small family. Not much contact with staff, but those we did see were pleasant and friendly.

The down side of the location was traffic noise, especially early in the morning. And the furnishings etc were a bit shabby and worn. The main room had a large window facing out on to a wall less than two metres away witht a very dilapidated mural

Great location, lovely clean unit with comfy king size bed. Good to have aircon during a hot HB week. Room was quiet and very well set up.

Only suggestion would be curtains rather than blinds - the exterior carpark lighting was good for accessing the room and safety at night but meant the room was quite light, would have been great to be able to pull curtains for a darker sleeping environment.

Situated very centrally. The rooms were clean and comfortable. They were well set up with crockery and glasses. Daily servicing was great.

The room downstairs had curtains as well as blinds on the morning facing large window. Upstairs we only had the blinds. A curtain would have helped with the early morning sun

Location great, staff great, seemed like a well run business.

Longer wardrobe room for dresses, or couple loose hangers so could hang my ironed dress’s up without crushing bottom and slightly noisy above but not to bad.

Nice motel, very well situated in the heart of Havelock North, so everything is very handy. Room & facilities all quite comfortable

On a multi-night stay, only providing 2 coffee pods on day 1, detracted a bit on everything else provided.

The location was excellent. Great fish and chip shop across the road. Very handy to all shops Quite a roomy unit.

Was not the motels fault but we had a college soccer team staying next door. They were very noisy and played loud music. Hubby got up to them twice Last time was 1.45.to quieten them down. Kids being kids

Staff were cheerful and helpful. Facilities were exceptional - clean, tidy and modern. Shower pressure was excellent. Sky and wifi was awesome, Nespresso was convenient (take the your preferred flavour pods).

Wonder if windows roadside could be double glazed for sound - there's a night club somewhere close. Didn't stop sleep but was aware of it.

The welcome was good, we were told all info we needed and when we left it was helpful when we asked to find out the best route for our onward trip which was great. We were given an upgrade and so the room was spacious and comfy.
