Receptionist was very helpful, we requested to check in early and she responded straight away to let us know that it wouldn’t be an issue and that the room was ready. Upon arrival we were greeted and assisted by her. Very lovely lady. Room was modern, clean and had a welcoming feel to it. Nice outdoor space and the facility has everything you need. The beds were very comfortable and the couch was also a fold out couch, several extra blankets provided as well as extra towels.

Spa bath wouldn’t work, several lights were out, the red curtains were a pain in the morning, probably a little on the pricey side per night.

I have stayed here a few times and I cannot fault the staff or property in any way. I traveled separately to my daughter and family, but the kids felt free enough to scooter down to me. The staff are more than accommodating and greet you with smiles. It's fabulous, staying again over Christmas week.

I stayed in a studio which is great as just me but there were no washing up facilities for the cups etc. I used. The cleaning staff took care of it but as I just stayed 2 nights not a biggie. I am staying longer next time so feel this might impinge a little with no sink.

Absolutely immaculate chalet which had everything I needed, including a fridge, kettle, great shower, and fast wifi. The motel is a short walk from the city centre and you can park right outside your room. The very quiet area meant I had a good night's sleep, and unfortunately I didn't get a chance to use the pool or the on-site restaurant facility.

I liked having our own parking and having a room that was tucked in the corner, which was nice and private.. We appreciated coming back to the air-conditioned room and a swimming pool, as the days were so hot. Friendly staff, and daily room service was great

That the bed was not a queen or a king size

Great it had air conditioning which was wonderful as very hot in the Hawkes Bay in the summer months. Really comfortable bed. Clean and tidy and spacious for the three of us staying. Nice balcony with seats. Location handy to everything. Quiet despite being close to city centre. Would definately stay again :)

Really being a bit picky but could have had nicer towels, a bit worn.

It’s a pretty good balanced offering of a good standard of accommodation with a good middle ground of location, quiet and parking availability.

I feel at times this property a little too active in the market of price adaptation i.e. standard pricing goes up during peak periods/events. I appreciate it when it comes to late bookings/final daily deals but maybe the other end has put my nose out of joint for no reason.

Location was great. But the thing that was most impressive was the staff trying to help when we had wifi issues nd in the end offered us a room which was bigger and had great wifi reception. Thank you for your great assistance

The staff were amazing. Although full the individual rooms were quiet and we could have a sleep in without being disturbed by other guests noises

The one day my car was parked in although reception tried to find out who the vehicle belonged to, they couldn't. I think you should register your vehicle registration on check in. A great deal of countries do that

We love this accommodation. We booked a family-room apartment, and everything was more than we expected. We will come back here again when we visit Napier. The apartment is tidy and clean and has all the essential cooking facilities. The Wi-Fi is robust and accessible.

There is nothing to say no to this accommodation.

Really enjoyed the easy proximity to town and further afield. The room was immaculate with everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Staff were friendly and parking was easy, right outside the door. I highly recommend this motel to anyone needing to stay somewhere in central Napier.
